Körperliche Leiden können im Angesicht eines größeren Ganzen viel leichter zu tragen sein. Ein übergeordnetes Ziel kann bspw. ein schmerzendes Bein zu einer aushaltbaren Nebensache machen. Wer den Willen hat, kann selbst mit Handicap buchstäblich Berge versetzen. Die Kraft des menschlichen Geistes ist und bleibt ein faszinierendes Mysterium, welches wir für uns arbeiten lassen sollten … 

🎵 Der heutige KataHaifisch Podcast ist ein Live-Recording aus dem Luises Garten (Magdeburg). Der Künstler hinter diesem Werk ist der Urhildesheimer und Wahlmagdeburger HappyCityHippie. Bei ihm handelt es sich um einen Charakter wie aus einem Bilderbuch: kontaktfreudig, immer gut gelaunt und allzeit bereit eine Party zu rocken. Dabei sind BPM und Genre zweitrangig. In just a few short years, Different Ray has released music on some of the world's most renowned labels, including Hoomidaas, The Soundgarden, Poesie Musik, Art Vibes Music, Nie Wieder Schlafen, Dream Culture, Everything Will Be Ok, Loot Recordings, Mirrors, Sound Avenue, and many more. Notably, his tracks have soared to the top of the charts on Beatport, earning him numerous chart-topping positions.

Different Ray's musical journey has been peppered with support from an array of influential artists such as Armen Miran, Eelke Kleijn, Nick Warren, Kora, Death On Balcony, and many more. Iam still in love with this weekend. Saturday our own https://soundcloud.com/afterhour-sounds event at https://soundcloud.com/klunkerkranich and sunday at the beloved gART.n place. Perfect weather, supberb crowd and atmosphere there. And a sound system that blows your mind away. A perfect combination to serve you my definition of downtempo. 

I opened the open air, so I had the opportunity to play some of my beloved melodic and hypnotic downtempo tracks, which I usualy like to play in podcasts only. After some time I changed the mood a little bit and added more bounce and energy to the floor but still kept the hypnotic atmosphere there. Plus moved the BPM step by step up... until I ended at 110 bpm, what https://soundcloud.com/haensenundgretel asked me for :D

I think it worked out perfectly. This idea of a symbiosis between the crowd and a dj is something what I felt there during my set and especially at the end. And Iam so gratefull for that.
