Roungtawan

DJ Roungtawan began to mix at 19 years old, in 1993 at Bangkok, and quickly all around Thailand. She sometimes played in little parties, sometimes in big clubs. In 2000 she worked with DJ Korean Team and also 2001 she was contestant in "Thailand DENON DIGITAL DJ Contest" in Bangkok. She came in to Belgium in 2002 and made a pause in the music during a few years. 

After that she began to train her ears on all the “european” electronic style, and tried to find her way. From 2014 she’s ready to blast the dancefloor again in Belgium. Her style is mainly a fresh and punchy Tech House and also Techno, Minimal, sometimes House and Funky. She’s also photographer and producer of her own tracks.

Today Roungtawan shares her raw, upfront take on Techno. Tough percs, powerful synths and esoteric sounds are all part of the visceral groove of her mix; each break-down and build-up is sure to elicit an ecstatic response.

German DJ / Producer Nadine Fehn makes her debut on DeepDownDirty with two powerful techno tracks characterized by the driving, deep sounds which Nadine is known for. 

Nadine Fehn - Baller Fritze
Swelling synths, sharp stabs and handclaps build a strong groove with a relentless drive. Looped voices add an additional rhythmic element. Synths stab and sustain whilst the meaty kick and metallic hats carry the groove. Edgy, dubby, and hypnotic, ‘Baller Fritze’ is the kind of 'Berlin Slang' techno that makes you feel like it’s 4am on the dance floor.


Nadine Fehn - Fine Selection
A percussive intro leads us to the main theme, a pleasing and catchy melodic figure fading up into the mix before the rhythm takes over with its throbbing bass line. The main synth returns with reverbed voices weaving in and out of the mix and into and though the main breakdown, after which the synth melody moves to the front of the mix and hats and voices take us to the outro. Deep, driving, edgy and dark.

About the producer:
Nadine Fehn started DJ-ing in 2006. She quickly made a name for herself in the German club scene and has played at many well-known clubs and festivals. Her own tracks are characterized by driving deep sounds.
