We did an exclusive mix for Wild Paths festival and Our House - catch us on live on Friday 15th at Epic Studios, and DJing on Saturday 16th at Gonzo's Two Room if you're local to Norwich!

Recorded at RONIN Club MILANO - invited by Ultimo Tango. Almost 4h set that spans across 2 full bags 🍫.

This mix could easily be dived into 2 - First half is more focused on the listening experience, whereas the second part takes the listener towards  exotic dancing and "ass-shaking rhythms" - with a soulful cherry on top. 

Play in the car / at the bar / in bed / on a plane / 

Listen Alone, with Friends, your girlfriend / lover / with a stranger or your pet/ plant / teddy bear.

Myself and Daly have been hanging out for longer than either of us would care to remember. myself and Keith (Disconaut)had him up from cork as a guest at our Sidewaze party in the very early 2000’s before he actually moved to Galway. he played that night with Sonny Emerald (from @NotHowWhen in cork), the lads tore the place up!! It still ranks in my top 3 parties we ever ran. 

We had been chatting early last year and in the months before ÉLG22 about doing something together at some stage before the end of the year. John had also been a regular guest at our One Night Love Affair(ONLA Galway)parties over the last few years but we’d never actually Djed together all night back to back. 

The ÉLG crew booked us both for separate sets on the Sunday of the festival, so it made perfect sense to us(and to the ÉLG crew)that we should go back to back and finish up the festival on the Sunday night. 

We were proper hyped for it, we drove out together and hung out for the full day before our set. I’d like to say we chatted loads in the weeks leading up to that day about what we would play… but we didn’t at all, we didn’t need to.

We know each others’ sound really well and we knew we were both similar enough and yet different enough to play a killer set and enjoy ourselves.  

What followed was 4 magical hours. daly and myself buzzing off each other and the lovely vibe from the dancers. we felt free to express ourselves, we went from house to disco to techno to loft classics and back.. It was such a blast.

It felt really special for us, a real privilege.

@dinosoccio is a hugely exciting talent. Currently residing in LA he has caught our ear numerous times over the last 12 months with a steady stream of excellent edits which are available over on his bandcamp as well as an excellent track on The Patchoulli Brothers recent Spare Change compilation. 

He has also been behind some very tight DJ mixes from which it is obvious that he has a real passion for digging packing his mixes with dusty and leftfield disco brilliance. He has now landed an EP on the always superb @razor-n-tape and we highly recommend jumping straight on it. 

We asked Dino to put together a mix for us and he has delivered a truly  superb 90 minutes of groove infused music scouring the very edges of the disco universe for a hugely diverse collection of sounds which he has combined with some panache.
