ReK is a diverse Brazilian DJ/Producer duo, spawned from a visit to the iconic white isle of Ibiza and a love for authentic house and techno prowess. Following an unforgettable experience in Space’s club room in 2011, R&K (Rodrigo & Kerol) found themselves entranced in electronic dance music and it soon became clear that this was a path they wanted to follow.

Influenced by the likes of Luciano, Carl Cox, Masters at Work, Roger Sanchez, Simon Dunmore, Pete Tong and many more of the business’ long-standing major players; R&K pride themselves on their advocation of uplifting and energetic house music. Pulling influence from disco, techno and other pivotal genres in dance music history, the duo flawlessly delivers feel-good energy and a persona to their performances that engages you on a level that cannot be ignored.

Having already supported the likes of Marshall Jefferson, David Morales, Cassy, Sonny Fodera, Mat.Joe and many more, R&K have had the privilege of gracing some of the best club spaces in the UK and further afield. With shows at Ministry of Sound, Egg London, Pikes, Es Paradis, Ibiza Rocks, Pacha, Brighton Music Conference, IMS Malta and more, the duo are steadily becoming a frequent feature on the European dance music scene, and with good reason.

R&K are much more than your conventional music duo. They aim to connect with brands for change in the industry, supporting both ethical and positive opportunistic change in the way things are done in the music world. Be it environmental or economic concerns, to offering aspiring musicians a platform to be heard and showcase their talents, R&K are fully committed to living and breathe dance music, whilst having as big of an impact on clubland as possible.

It’s fair to say that there are few names in dance music with intentions as big as that of R&K, and the duo is a breath of fresh air for the industry. Granha, a Galician producer based in Leipzig (Germany), reflects in each of his compositions his deep-rooted connections with his homeland. The Celtic bagpipes, the sounds of the Atlantic, and Galician tambourines intertwine with electronic music, bringing to life his unique interpretation of Galician folklore and bringing it closer to the club atmosphere.

By blending the traditional with the contemporary, his music evokes both the extensive green fields of the deepest Galicia and the strength of the sea of the Costa da Morte.

Thus, his work becomes an intimate expression that captures the feeling of morriña in a unique way.

For me music is a way of life, I perceive it like deep trip, where I am free and full of emotions and feelings. A good music in the right environment is the perfect connection with the nature and with your inner self as well. 
I'm djing and producing deep electronic music, with a lot of native, ethno, jazzy elements. I like to mix the genres and to put some personal touch, which means that I'm trying to create my own specific sound!
I'm also co founder of organization for thematic parties called DeepTrip, where we trying to connect people with nature and music...something like little underground society which we want to develop in a higher level - personal development with spiritual practices like meditation and music therapy.
