Tomorrow I am 45. I didn't think I would make it to this birthday. I have Asperger's and am extremely hypersensitive to noise. I have been put in a place where they don't give any fucks at all about that and I have been on the verge of a literal heart attack for some time (my endocrine system is shutting down, & it controls the heart).
