Joining our ever-increasing release archive this April, Stuttgart duo Tomi&Kesh make their joint debut on Black Seven Music alongside fast-rising Venezuelan talent, Santiago Bejarano. Heavily regarded by many in the Tech House universe, the Nozzo frontmen are known for their distinctive and captivating audio signature - which is out in full force for ‘Timeless Sound’. Joining them on the release are our trusty chieftains, BRODYR and Libero label boss Luke Welsh.

Opening with the Original Mix - a track full of gusto and cadence - ‘Timeless Sound’ definitely sets out to do what it says on the box. Drawing noticeable inspiration from iconic vocal house cuts of days gone by, it blends old and new school groove-driven house music. Comprising layers of percussive flair that sit above a catchy sub-bass melody and punchy kicks, this is terrace-ready Tech House at it’s finest.

Kicking on, brothers BRODYR serve up an electrifying re-do of the original cut. It comes with a keen focus on roaring low-frequency rumble and climatic builds - met with appropriate force, throwing you deep back into the groove time and time again.

Closing the show in a big way, Libero’s Luke Welsh delivers a stripped-back rendition worthy of any packed basement dancefloor. Bursting at the seams with attitude and insatiable appeal, it’s fat-bottomed persona makes it virtually impossible not to move. Bringing to the table a robust remix, crammed wall to wall with groove and energy, and a firm reminder of why he is on a steep trajectory within the UK scene (and further afield).

TB Premiere:  Cla$$ & JCult, Jho Roscioli- To Da Beat [MUSE]

Rob Stillekens and Alessandro Diruggiero come together for their first collaborative release, with both artists having featured previously on the label. ‘U Aint Ready’ features two dance floor focused and percussive heavy original tracks, accompanied by a remix from Italian artist Alessio Bianchi.

‘U Ain’t Ready’ opens the release with driving drums, rippling percs and a catchy bassline groove. Subtle melodies continue to rise through the track, bringing bright and uplifting energy to the mix whilst vocals stir along in the background - Terrace Tech with a summertime feel. 

‘To Hit It’ follows with a deepened approach and stripped back elements. Punchy kicks meet rhythmic sub-bass whilst an array of percussive instruments help build a rolling groove. The track is wrapped up nicely with the addition of creative fills and a soulful vocal; underground flavours en masse. 

Alessio Bianchi’s remix of ‘To Hit It’ closes the release with racy energy and heaps of character. Fast-paced drum work fires off scattered tops and fills whilst vocal chops add cadence in the background. A huge sub bassline adds the finishing touches to this peak time weapon!
