Deep Heads are proud to present to you the brand new EP titled 'Wretch like me' from Marenn Sukie.

UK-born Marenn Sukie has a wide range of sounds and influences in his musical offerings and this EP showcases some of these explorations on full display. From Drum & Bass, Funk, Soul, Jazz, and Hip Hop, Marenn Sukie is all about those subtle tones and warm vibes.

With recent releases with Apollo and a collaboration with Synkro on his imprint Synkro Musik titled 'Get Together', and now this superb EP on Deep Heads, we are sure you're going to hear a lot more from this talented artist in the future.

The EP starts off with 'I wanna know' is a recording presented at 127BPM. The beats are bubbly and have a 2step flavour, while precise vocal chops come in and out of the production with style and grace. The influences of Garage are beaming through the frequencies and are a pleasure to get lost in.

The follow-up compilation from the 10-year celebration back in 2017 continues along with the same energy that Smokin' Sessions are so well known for, offering floaty and uplifting productions with detailed beat work, along with that all-important heavy serving of lower frequencies. 

As you'd expect on the Sessions label, the atmosphere is mellow and blissed out, while beats and bass frequencies add some serious weight to the production.

Biome's masterful recording techniques are on full display and are a classic example of what Biome is all about when he goes deeper with his musical offerings.

Smokin’s Sessions are back people!
It’s been a while that the label has found the right frequencies, but this new EP from Synpal hits the spot.

As you’d expect with a Sessions release, there are loads of pads to get lost in, as well as some stunning 140BPM beat work and pulsing baselines that encompass and blend the track together.

The EP starts off with ‘Reiki’.
It’s a 2step production with loads of pads filling the mids and tops with an almighty low end bursting through the seams of the recording.
A bouncy production with warm & beautiful frequencies.
