With Varaz, we welcome yet another belgium talent to our family of artists. His "Reka" EP concentrates on straight forward productions, which come with a housey flair. 

Crisp groove arrangements and smartly placed harmonic sounds, manage to bring back an older way of producing music, which feels incredibly fresh next to current releases of the scene. 

The 4 tracker EP includes an array of groovy/ funky house tunes as well as an minimalistic storyteller, reminding us of the good ol' days.

Our second Mala Mix is comes from the duo Kotu. With over 25 years experience of dj-ing between them, you'd hope they're pretty good at mixing records, and they are. Born in the UK, but currently living in Croatia where they work as resident DJ's and play sets up to 8 hours week in, week out. They produce music too, having previously released on Constant Circles, Anjunadeep and Nie Wieder Schlafen, they chose Oleeva to handle their latest ep 'Obala'.

As a son of the South African soil, Vik evoked on his enthusiastic
pursuit of becoming an electronic music producer at a very young age as
he was influenced by the ancestral and historic rhythms that encompass
what his home country is about.

Vik's medium is sound and the emotion that it provokes can be described
as ethereal and introspective, all still retaining the artist's love and
application of faithful melodies, deep sonorous elements and feet-moving
percussion that leaves the listener yearning for more.
