BIO:
Mila Stern plays music like a vole swinging a glow stick. Gently but firmly she pushes us forward. Little kicks in the back side towards happiness get us dancing on our toes until we want to cry out: “Whaaat?!” Mila was musically raised in youth centres & squats, ripened in Tel Aviv to finally graduate to the best clubs that Germany offers. She prefers a course around 123,4 bpm, sliding through with some shorter and occasionally with longer transitions. Preferably well-rested. But even crumpled, she has surprised us with utter superiority!

Auf (Hoch-)Touren

Der Gig ist unter Dach und Fach, die Playtime fix und Flug & Hotel sind gebucht. Was für ein überragendes Gefühl, für die große Leidenschaft auf Reisen zu sein. Es ist jedes Mal wieder wie ein kleines Abenteuer. Man steigt ohne Erwartungen in den Flieger und kehrt um viele, wunderbar-einzigartige Erfahrungen reicher, müde und glücklich in die Heimat zurück. 
Bereits am Flughafen steigt die Spannung und Vorfreude auf ein extraordinäres Level an. Wie wird der Club? Auf was für Leute treffe ich wohl? Kann ich mit meinem Set überzeugen? Alle diese Frage schießen einem durch den Kopf, während der Flieger langsam aber sich vom Boden abhebt. Auf dem Laptop werden schnell die letzten Feinheiten und Korrekturen vorgenommen, anschließend kann die Aussicht aus dem Fenster genossen werden. Am Flughafen des Zielortes erwartet mich bereits einer der Veranstalter. Er ist mir direkt sympathisch und gemeinsam fahren wir zu einem Restaurant, um dort mit den anderen Acts und Organisatoren der Veranstaltung zu dinieren. Anschließend geht es erstmal ins Hotel. Ich nutze die letzten Stunden vor dem Auftritt, um mich zu erholen und zu entspannen. Kurz bevor die Veranstaltung beginnt, werde ich wieder abgeholt und wir fahren zum Club. Dort angekommen komme ich aus dem Staunen schier nicht mehr heraus. Alles ist sehr anschaulich hergerichtet und auch der Andrang an der Tür ist enorm. Ein vielversprechender Abend liegt vor mir. Es ist einfach fabelhaft wieder auf Tour zu sein. 

Unser heutiger Gast auf KataHaifisch trägt den Künstlernamen fid codo. Bei seinem Podcast handelt es sich um eine überragende Komposition aus treibenden Downtempo Werken, welche darüber hinaus vorzüglich ineinander gemixt sind. Die Songs schmiegen sich wie Zwillingskinder harmonisch aneinander. Jeder Titel passt wie die Faust aufs Auge zu den anderen und ein natürlicher Spannungsaufbau fesselt den Hörer wie magisch an das Set. Spontan ist und bleibt oft die beste Lösung. Kapoor - a downtempo music producer and DJ from Poland. He took his first production steps a few years ago in the trance genre under a different alias, and it was only an accidental trip to a party, where he heard slower sounds,that directed his current musical path. Nowadays Kapoor is one of Poland’s most exciting downtempo music DJs. His sets start out nice and slow, and rise to intense levels, capturing the audience on a trip through carefully selected sounds full of strong groove. Over the last few years he has built a solid reputation in the downtempo music scene. His musical style stands out from the typical perception of downtempo music, his sets are full of dynamics and strong sounds - usually associated withfaster types of electronic music. He skillfully combines downtempo productions with slowed techno tracks, which is why his set is always a unique experience. Kapoor has released three full albums and his music was released on many famous labels: @akumandra, @monada-project, @trndmusik, @sofa-beats-1, @art-vibes-music, @baikalnomads,@ohxalarecords, @otakerecords, @wildfang-music, Souq Records, @casacaos, Kottektiv Liebe or @cafedeanatolia. His two vinyls were released by @akumandra and @art-vibes-music

✍️ Ich lehne mich entspannt zurück und lasse die Beine über den Abgrund baumeln. Nach einer knapp zwei tätigen Wanderung tut dieser Moment des einfach nur dasitzens unglaublich gut. Mit einer knapp zehnköpfigen Reisetruppe und unserem einheimischen Reiseführer haben wir den Koloss aus Stein letztendlich doch bezwungen. Zeitweise waren viele von uns am zweifeln. Der Aufstieg war streckenweise sehr beschwerlich und gefährlich. Die Pfade um den Berg herum sind provisorisch und unsere Wanderausrüstung eher rudimentärer Natur. Trotz der sich immer wieder auftuenden Hürden und Strapazen, hat unserer Guide nie daran gezweifelt, dass wir den Aufstieg schaffen werden. Dieses Vertrauen war sehr inspirierend und im Nachhinein betrachtet, genau das was wir als Gruppe gebraucht haben. Nun sitze ich glücklich und zufrieden hier oben auf dem Berg und lasse meinen Blick über die atemberaubende Natur schweifen. 

🎵 Dieser KataHaifisch Podcast beginnt mit einem höchst einzigartigen und unverwechselbar Intro. Dieser Vibe des besonderen durchzieht das gesamte Set.
