Der 65. Podcast stammt von Florian Rietze, der vor ein paar Monaten Teil von URS-Records wurde. Der 29. Jährige Potsdamer hat sich damals viel mit Breakedance und Hip Hop beschäftigt, seit 2005 befasst er sich aber mehr mit elektronischer Musik. Die Inspiration für seine Musik findet Florian in alltäglichen Dingen wie einer Stimme, dem Geräusch der Straße, der Natur oder einfach aus Stille.

Despite the increased commercialism and popularity of Tulum, the magic does indeed still exist there, especially on the beach.  We certainly felt the energy during our Sol Selectas showcase, and the 5 days that followed, taking in the sunshine and positive vibes  this sacred land provides, to those who stop to be present, and listen.  I hope you will enjoy this 2nd chapter into deep tropical balearic grooves, crafted with relaxation intentions, hoping to cause inner peace and outer smiles. ~ Sabo

What a surreal night of New Years Eve in Tulum this was, having the great chance to play right until midnight, entering 2020 with my hands on the decks, feet in the sand and mind in the stars ✨✨  Thank you for dancing, thank you Shishi, the Altitude agency and all the incredible artists and friends who performed beautiful sets that night! 
Follow your heart’s truest desires till nothing seems impossible to reach, we all have infinite creation abilities that we’re here to manifest, my wish for this new year is for everyone to remember it and awake to the truest nature of our reality ♥️♥️♥️

(Story continued from witchtapes #49-50-55)

After the sage – accompanied by his trusted guide owl – sneaked stealthily into the forest, he sensed an unusually serene energy.  This was clearly no ordinary forest.  After a while he noticed a procession of animals heading into the same direction and he decided to follow them until they ground to a halt while all animals looked into the same direction.  The sage looked into the same direction and what he saw left him completely petrified.  In a nearby clearing he saw a young girl – maybe still in her teens - with very long brown hair and an immaculately white dress frolic with some wolves.  The sage didn’t know whether to hide or flee, but when he saw all the forest dwellers around him watching this spectacle in a relaxed mood, he concluded it was OK to keep on observing this mystery girl while staying out of sight in order not to disturb her.
The sage wasn’t sure whether this girl was a fairy or maybe a witch, but she obviously wasn’t an ordinary human being.  After a few minutes, the girl started collecting some firewood.  The nearby animals immediately started to help her, with a couple of magpies flying in some twigs while two wolves and a few squirrels swiftly collected some pieces of wood and laid it at the feet of the young witch.  With all this help, it only took a few minutes before a small pile of firewood was lying in front of the barefoot girl.  After indicating that there was enough wood now, she took a small cauldron and filled it with some fresh water from a nearby stream.  She also picked a selection of herbs and mushrooms and when all the ingredients had been gathered, she put the cauldron on the fireplace and with an elegant hand movement, she lighted a floating spark which found its way to the firewood and set it ablaze.  The sage was dumbfounded by this magic spectacle, and so was his guide owl who sat on his shoulder all the time.  With calm and unhurried movements, the girl put all the ingredients into the cauldron and gently stirred the brew.  Meanwhile the sage asked himself how the dress of this barefoot forest girl could be so immaculately white.  After about half an hour, the brew seemed to be ready and the witch took the cauldron away from the fire to let it cool down.  
The sage – who was looking at the spectacle from a respectful distance – still didn’t have a clue what was the purpose of the brew.  Apparently not for immediate consumption, because the young witch took the cauldron in her hand and walked away, followed by a small group of playful forest animals.  All the animals who had been watching the movements of the witch at the same spot as the sage, also started to move in the same direction.  Presumably, they knew what was going to happen.  The barefoot witch followed a narrow forest path and every now and then she stopped to take some time to admire some of the countless flowers in this enchanted forest.  Finally, she arrived at a pond which seemed to hide a well underneath the surface, as a little stream was flowing out of the pond.  The group of animals which the sage was following, also stopped in their tracks at a perfect vantage point over the pond and the little stream, and observed the movements of the young witch from a distance.  The girl had put the cauldron on the ground.  She was visibly enjoying the beautiful surroundings and once again it struck the sage how beautiful and elegant she was with her long brown hair and white dress (which looked very clean, but apparently not clean enough for the young witch as she started inspecting her clothes).  The sage looked at the animals who were surrounding him, and they were all exclusively focused on the little witch, who was now standing next to the cauldron on the bank of the little stream.  And then, without any warning, it became clear what the purpose of the brew was…
