Deep in Dis intl. proudly presents ‘Shahrzad EP’ (DIDWAX001) by super talented  Parisian dj/producer Noiro.
 
We start the journey with the highly experimental 'Kata Pulse' an intergalactic and powerful trip-hop influenced tune with a strong vocal game. 
A2. 'Rude' follows the cosmic vibe perfectly with a bit more aggressive breakbeat but keeping a warm feeling at the same time. 
To wrap up the A side, 'Aube Session' brings those mysterious and high cloud walker feelings. The dance floor is starting to get warm... crashy bells, dj scratches and twisted synth/bass lines turns on the auto pilot for what’s to come flipping the record to the other side, where Noiro depicts the rest of the story. 
B1. '1F' is a club banger structured around frenzy and hypnotic synths, solid drum patterns and an unflagging deep bassline.  
Closing the EP B2. 'Show Me' confirms it wasn’t just fluke ladies and gentlemen. Noiro’s distinctive and unique sound is here.

For our sixth release, Parang Recordings is proud to present our first various artists compilation EP, featuring both emerging and established talents with a range of sounds from diverse backgrounds.
 
Lil Sorry and Lord of Leisure, both producers from Offenbach whose work has appeared on some of our favorite house labels, showcase Offenbach’s established deep house vibe with their contributions veering towards the gentle, the sublime, and the melodic. The understated dub influences in Lil Sorry’s ‘High Noon’ help to disguise its brisk tempo, further submerged by foregrounding of textured pads and wayward electronics that take center stage on this subdued groove. Lord of Leisure’s ‘Coffee N Chups’ is a sunrise house groover powered by funky bass and choppy hat and snare combos that keep the drive over sustained pads and a deep, repeating melody.
 
Shifting scenes to the UK for Manchester’s Spin Fidelity, a newly established name from releases on Barcelona’s revered Subwax, we find the toughest offering, a Detroit-inspired gem that lands solidly in the morning slot.

Rounding out the VA we have the head of London’s Rube Goldberg Series, Bowyer, who has so far remained mostly on his own imprint and is the freshest face here. His ‘Livelovelaugh’ closes the EP with its brightest offering, all melodic bassline, sunny keyboards, and worked vocal snippets with a punchline vocal at dramatic points to reinforce its uplifting demeanor.

Three previously unreleased tech house tracks recorded in the early 2000s by industry legend Andy Panayi. Best known for his hand in An Alien Recordings label and productions under A² and Stopouts. 

It was an honour to work with Andy on this release, we were moved by his raw passion and love for music. The record is a celebration of Andy’s life and musical legacy.

Profits will be donated to Watford hospice.

A1. Antoine Sy delivers a reggae infused house groover to make you aware about the need to save the forests!

A2. "Imagine a beautiful lady acting like a robot in a super green garden under a glittering sun. She is clicking her arms and legs according to a simple 2-steppy texture and she is occasionaly singing nothing understandable except for a surfer-like interjection. Short-release synths and ethereal pads complete the picture adding some kind of nostalgic vibes to it. Yoyoyo!"

A3. Pohl strikes back with a moody a brilliant track on his own imprint Ovnie. „Traveling....“ has all the incredients to make you shake even at your home-office. A curly simple lead melody, a heavy old-school Bassline, crispy jacking drums and ascendant synth strings that colide with pealing LFO’ish addicting bleeps to a perfect dance track. 

B1. Samuel delivers a more funky breakbeat vision with acid zaps, bleeping tones and reverse percussions to keep the pace up and down a sure track to keep the dancefloor jacking.

B2. Test tube is one of many unreleased collabs by Luks & Kizoku. The moodiest one of the bunch, it is driven by breaky percussion, resonant basslines and lush keys.
