Even the all-time party goers can lose their sparkle in these cruel and quarantined times by getting stuck at home for too long. But for one of Moscow's finest DJ-crews it’s hasn’t been the case. 

The fourth vinyl instalment on the label’s roster is a hard bumping debut EP from the UK-born/Swedish-based musician - Lewis. He has brought a bunch of analogue equipment and just the right moves to produce this dance floor ready 4-tracker, seasoned with classy electro and of course just a drop of acid straight from the 90-s. For the 9th release of our digital catalog, we are are proud to welcome UK born and Gothenburg based Dj/ Producer Lewis.
After his first vinyl release on the Russian label Exarde and the debut wax of his own imprint Data Flow, Lewis drops three tracks showcasing his signature analog sound that's been turning heads in the European underground circuit.
This is only the beginning of a fruiting future alongside Lewis. We will let the music do the talking.

Next on the agenda for the Orbital London label is a tasty four tracker from label boss man, Jack Michael and bass specialist, Inner Zone. The Drenched Volume EP is made up of one original and one remix from the accomplished producers, ravey breaks and garage energy with a modern day punch.

Jack’s “Volume” track boots off the EP in true Orbital style, distinctive broken drums, a warm winding bassline and trippy pads and synths all working together to make this a d floor destroyer in the coming months. Inner Zone’s “Volume” remix follows on the A side, pitched up and high energy from the get go and maintains a raw and in your face liveliness throughout.

On the flip Inner Zone lays down their original “Rainforest Sound” aptly named from the killer vocal sample they’ve used throughout. This one is cut directly for the moodier occasions bringing a deep and mysterious flavour to the dance floor. Rounding off the EP is Jack’s remix of “Rainforest Sound”, another enormous sound from the English talent, rough and ready with choppy drum work.

Orbital continuing to propel their UK sound loud and proud with this one!

The VSVN Podcast hits double digits with a trip to London via Leeds - introducing Karis!

I first met Karis in 2021 when she swung by the the DSVN Takeaway - the collaborative radio show I present alongside DimSumRecords, with an absolute blinder of a guest mix. Bleeped out electro, swampy UKG and hard-hitting breakbeat, I fell in love with her taste in music and told her she NEEDED to get on the VSVN pod - luckily enough she was down for it.

Karis hails from Leeds where she held a residency in one of the North of England's most famous clubs - Mint, rubbing shoulders with some of the world's best DJs. After growing a reputation as one her Leeds' finest selectors, Karis made the bold move over lockdown to pack her record bag, drive down the M1 and relocate to London. Since the clubs reopened, Karis has quickly begun establishing herself as a favourite amongst local promoters like U.K Hun with slamming sets in venues like Lion & Lamb.
