Unser Oktober-Schleichcast ist mal wieder ein gutes Beispiel dafür, dass die Geschwindigkeit von Musik reichlich wenig über ihr Level an Energie und ‚Bums‘ aussagt: Bei diesem deep-treibenden Mix von @cedricscheibel handelt es sich um ein kraftvolles Gesamtkunstwerk aus den Tracks geschätzter Artists und vielen eigenen Kreationen - Labels wie Akumandra, KataHaifisch und Kabelkiste Berlin sind nur einige aus der Release-Sammlung des Producers und DJs mit seinem charakteristisch melodisch-progressiven Downtempo-Sound. Wir sind super happy, den lieben Cedi an Bord unserer Reihe zu haben und wünschen dir nun freudiges Lauschen mit Schleichcast°33!

>>Wer bist du und woher kommst du?
Ich bin Cedric, aber meine Freund:innen nennen mich Cedi :)
Habe sechs Jahr in Tübingen gelebt, seit Februar wohne ich aber in Frankfurt.

>>Wie kamst du zum Auflegen?
Da bin ich etwas reingestolpert. Habe am Anfang viel auf privaten Veranstaltungen und Studierendenpartys wilde Mixe aus allen Musikgenres gespielt, bis ich irgendwann festgestellt hab, dass ich ja auch einfach die Musik, die ich selbst gerne höre, also elektronische Musik, auflegen kann. Seit dem ist vermutlich keine Woche vergangen, in der ich nicht aufgelegt hab. :D

>>Was hat dich für das Set inspiriert?
In diesem Jahr ist mein Sound sehr progressiv gewesen. Dieses Set soll dann natürlich keine Ausnahme sein. Ist ein spannender Mix aus eigenen Produktionen und Liedern von Künstlern und Künstlerinnen, die ich sehr schätze. :)

>>Was gefällt dir besonders an "langsamer" Musik?
Ich bin immer wieder überrascht, wie viel Energie und Power in 100 bpm stecken kann und ich mag es unheimlich, wie vielfältig Downtempo dabei sein kann. Alle Elemente haben viel mehr Platz als in schnellerer Musik und das gibt dem Genre einen ganz eigenen Charme, in den man
sich - finde ich - einfach nur verlieben muss. :)

>>Welche Ziele als Künstler willst du noch erreichen?
Mein Live Set mit dem Moog Sub 37 und dem Klavier ist grade etwas, an dem ich viel arbeite und das mir großen Spaß macht. Dahingehend wird sich in den nächsten Monaten sicher noch viel tun und ich bin selbst sehr gespannt, in welche Richtung das noch gehen wird! :)
