Biography:
Nu Zau is one of the leading producers and dj's that have come out of Romania's electronic scene in the past few years.

Inspired by already well established names such as Ricardo Villalobos, Rhadoo, Thomas Melchior and many others,he's grown into a romanian household name in a very short year span.

Dark, percussive, funky and quirky would be the best way to describe his sound, already having releases on various labels, he's signed EP's, individual tracks and remixes on labels such as Fear of flying, Aeternum Music, Memoria Recordings .

In time a new label vinyl project is created by the name of Uvar, which he co-runs with fellow romanian Sepp.

His productions have gained world wide recognition - Raresh, Rhadoo, Ricardo Villalobos, Petre Inspirescu, Fumiya Tanaka, Onur Ozer, Bill Patrick are only a few of the best dj's that can be heard playing his tracks.

Festival summer is coming to an end... I am blown away. I had the time of my life! 🌞

My gig at Lusatia Festival on Friday evening 20-22:00 was the most satisfying I ever had. When I started playing there were about 200 people on the stage who were really into dancing already and when I was finished, there were well over 1000. It was just crazy 😳 

Such a great pleasure to celebrate the finale with so many friends and familiar faces from the scene. Thank you for everything! ❤️

2022 is coming to an end… What a ride it was! Finally after 2 years it was allowed to come together and celebrate in the clubs again so that's what we did 🥳

Today I want to share my recording of our first Mystic Creatures Showcase (@mystic-tales-berlin) @kater_blau in June. I played the closing @ Acid Bogen from 9:30-12:00 Saturday morning. Thanks to the @ursl crew for inviting us 🙏 Although there were just around 20 people dancing, the vibe was amazing and our Mystic Family was there  🥰  Thank you, I enjoyed it a lot!
To be honest I wasn't quite sure if I should upload it or not, but I never want to regret not uploading a set again. Although I've released some of the tracks already in my last 3 sets, I listened to this one several times and it convinced me so here we go 🎶

✍️ Nach längeren Reisen und Aufenthalten im Ausland, fällt das Wiedersehen mit der Heimat manchmal schwer. Man braucht in der Regel eine gewisse Zeitspanne, um sich wiedereinzufinden. Um wieder in die alltägliche Realität zurück zu gleiten und die unbeschwerte Freiheit in der Vergangenheit zurückzulassen. Das gesehene muss erst verarbeitet, dass erlebte verdaut und die gesammelten Erfahrungen müssen in das Leben zu Hause integriert werden. Besonders Reisen in weit entfernte Länder brauchen ihre Zeit. Andere Kulturen, Lebensweisen und auch Menschen hinterlassen ihren Eindruck. Es ist richtig und wichtig sich seine Eingewöhnungsphase zu genehmigen, trotzdem sollte man denn Absprung nicht verpassen. 

🎵 Bei diesem Podcast handelt es sich um ein Live-Recording von einer Mystic Creatures Veranstaltung, aus dem Theater des Mensch Meiers. Künstler hinter diesem anderthalbstündigen Abrisskommando ist der Berliner DJ und Musikproduzent Ouhana. Ein herausragendes Merkmal dieses Sets ist enorme Dichte an Vocals. Sie kombinieren sich in
spielerischer Leichtigkeit mit den Breakpassagen und geben den musikalisch-energetischen Comebacks ihre gewisse Extrawürze. Dieser Auftritt war mit Sicherheit ein extraordinäres und ausgelassenes Spektakel.

Darius Syrossian's passion for music has been his driving force, dedicating his life to collecting and sharing the finest house and techno records. As a selector, producer, label curator and radio host, Darius' love for good music in all its forms shines through. From his first experience of electronic music at York Racecourse in 1992, Darius has been a diehard member of the club community. Spending 15 years working in record shops such as Global Beat Records and world-famous Leeds outlet Crash Records, he acquired extensive knowledge of House Music, Garage, Techno and Disco, refining his own tastes in the process. This key stage in his life formed the foundation of everything he stands for now: the timeless, universal power of good quality music, unity on the dancefloor, and a total disregard for trends and fads

Darius Syrossian is a UK music legend with a global following. He gained fame as a DJ at Manchester's Tribal Sessions and regularly played at the renowned Sankeys nightclub alongside the likes of Jeff Mills and Dave Clarke. He honed his skills through international tours with Steve Lawler, performing to diverse crowds on various sound systems.

In addition to his successful career as a DJ, he launched Moxy Muzik, in 2019. The label reflects his passion for club culture and hosts sold-out events in intimate club spaces. He aims to take underground music back to its roots and prioritise music over gimmicks, as seen in the label's diverse and talented roster.

Darius is known for his intuitive understanding of the dancefloor, which is reflected in his prolific production career. He has released tracks on respected labels such as Defected and Drumcode, showcasing his versatility and disregard for genre labels.

As a DJ, Darius is dedicated to providing unforgettable moments for his audiences. He spends a significant amount of time preparing for his sets and is constantly in demand for performances at influential clubs and festivals worldwide. His commitment to keeping the soul of house music alive is evident in his philosophy of guarding its principles and welcoming all to dance with him all night long.
