Lucas is a Brazilian producer/DJ, born in 1997 and started his career as a beat-maker in 2015 working with some Hip Hop's groups. Although, he became interested in the world of electronic music and its other aspects that in 2019 he decided to start his project entitled "SMK", until then, only producing and playing at private parties.

Smk brings in its sets and productions, tunes full of groove mixing house music and minimal, always with a deep touch on it. He has already released on labels like Parrots Records, Forgotten Minds and Indica Label.

The protagonist of our latest Live Moments episode is a journey that starts from far away. Precisely, from the ancient land of Israel, with local talents Hilu and Roni Amitai going b2b at one of the most infamous places if you're familiar with compelling grooves and electronic sounds. Last September, the Tel Aviv-based DJs & producers, The Block Club residents, and founders of Zaza Island underground events, and record label went behind the decks for a long session - here recorded in its whole duration - into an experience that only a city like Berlin can give life to. SMK is a producer/DJ residing in the city of Curitiba, Brazil. He started his career as a beatmaker in 2015 working with some Hip-hop groups, having also studied bass and drums. However, when he began studying, he soon became interested in the world of electronic music and its other aspects.

In 2019 he decided to start his project called "SMK", until then, only producing and playing at private parties. SMK brings with it a striking groove, carried by percussion together with minimalist elements, mixing characteristics of House, Deep House and Minimal House. A remarkable sound, characterized by the introspection that makes it notable on the tracks it plays.

In 2021, he had his first release on the Curitiba label Parrots Records, in addition to accumulating several releases on labels such as Indica Label, Koche Records, Moiss Music Black, among others.
