Tribal Bass is an umbrella term for electronic music with a downtempo feel and a breaking groove, that combines progressive sound design with organic elements and deep sub-bass. PsyDub, GlitchHop, post dubstep, deep-step, global beats, ethnic trap, space grime, world bass, neuro-funk, raga-bass, hard-wave, farmer-trap, trip garage, leftfield bass, hybrid breaks, ... you name it, if it slaps and it represents the globalized music community it can be part of our co-creation.

For this summer we'd like to bring everyone closer together. To gather the global community of artists, visionaries, thinkers, doers, ... to unify in consciousness and vibration that was has been divided and separated for so long by indoctrination and cultures of dominance and unbalance. 
We believe in the force of music as a unifier and expander of consciousness and we aim to steer away from discrimination, privilege, brand culture and other aspects by having a low threshold towards artists and creatives.

Vandera Mix 01: Hush House ['Best Mix' Nomination @ Dubstep Forum Awards 2011]

I am seriously in love with music. I can get down to anything...as long as it's good. Every genre of music has something of QUALITY to offer, so I try to listen to everything with an open mind. I love electronic music because of its versatility of textures, scope of sound, feelings, and vibes. Given my mood I could be listening to house, breaks,  garage, future beats, techno, acid, progressive, drum n bass, dubstep, psychedelic trance, psybient, ambient, IDM, downtempo, etc.  I also listen to a lot of conscious hip hop, jazz, soul, reggae, world music, indie rock, post rock, classic rock, folk, and some nostalgic 90's and 80's alternative/pop.  I'm on soundcloud to mainly find mixes to groove to.  Lately, I've been into the soulful and uplifting sounds of liquid drum n bass, loud ass techhouse, and chill deep bass music/ deep house.

We are a collective based in the NW pushing the many shades of bass music and usually hanging in the deeper side of the pool.

We showcase our sounds alongside international touring acts throughout Seattle and Portland, but our home base is Monkey Loft in South Seattle
