No stranger to the scene, having run Dublin party Flipside which featured guests such as S.O.N.S, PLO Man and Brian Not Brian over the years, whilst also playing as resident DJ at Izakaya Bar, Kav's versatility as an artist shines through in this 2+ hour long mix moving between spacey ambient to downtempo breaks and leftfield house.

Very pleased to have Sedgwick as guest here on Deeprhythms, a multi-talented Australian DJ, producer and co-owner of the superb Potatoheadz imprint. The mix is 100% his own productions, so it sure is a special treat.

"The mix is an hour and a half of my own material, including some tracks that have previously been released, some tracks that will soon be released and some tracks that up until now have only been heard by me.

I think it shows a range of different styles and influences, as a lot of the material varies greatly depending on whatʼs going on for me personally. I definitely donʼt consider myself to be strictly an Electro producer, or strictly a House producer or anything like that."

Guest mix #92 Sedgwick for Deeprhythms

The next edition of our mix series comes from a close friend of ours, Nick Kagame. We've known Nick for a few years now, and have spent a lot of time hanging out with him in his native Manchester. As part of the Dust Off crew, Nick has been bringing his unique flair and refined taste to parties across the north, with our most recent memory being the b2b2b2b2b2b2b (shout out to Chris and Quiche) at Eastern Bloc for our Christmas party in 2019. 

Not only a dab hand on the decks, Nick is also one of the soundest guys we know so we're very excited to finally be hosting something of his after saying we'd do it for the longest time! Dig in and enjoy.
