For our first LP for 2022, we have The AquaBlendz.  The AquaBlendz is a DJ/Producer/Electronic Music duo from South Africa that started making music in 2014.  Clinton from Durban and Banele from Worcester started by remixing each other's work in 2013 until they decided to become a team in 2014.

This duo has come together to create a LP that cannot be described, it can only be experienced.  Yes, this LP is that good!

Byron Ashley, also known as Busik, embodies the essence of “Local Is Lekka” within the South African music landscape. With over 13 years of immersion in the country’s electronic music scene, he’s deeply rooted in its underground clubs and culture, now fully dedicated to the local deep house movement.

As one of the label heads and A&R executives at (Deep House South Africa), 
Byron shapes the direction of the label while curating lineups for the renowned event “Deep Town Jozi.” His talent recently earned him a residency on Metro FM’s UrbanBeat show alongside Ryan The Dj & Roxpaperscissors, further solidifying his influence in the industry.

Byron’s contributions extend beyond the decks and the studio; he is a driving force behind the growth and evolution of South Africa’s deep house scene, continually pushing boundaries and championing local talent.
