Also in this months mix is the debut of two of my upcoming releases.  I’m on the remix duties for Robbie Rivera’s “Be Real”  forthcoming on   @onedanceleft , and new release called “Breathless” out in February on  @summerized_sessions .  In talks with them to be bring me out to play in the UK, so more news to come on that in the following weeks.

We also have the debut of  @avilomusic and @jomaq exclusive release in March on Deep Tech Miami called “The Sound”.  

You can party with me at my debut performances in Honolulu at AETHER December 16th, where we’ll be celebrating my birthday as well.  Then onto San Francisco for my debut at Breakfast of Champions.  Really looking forward to both parties.

Born in South African and living in Philadelphia, USA. Hot in the scene spinning records in the mid-2000s and sponsored by Universal Music, Yonzi was one of the first DJs and pioneer nightclub event organizers in Johannesburg (JHB), South Africa to innovate, mix, blend and promote the combination of electro/tech house, with Afro house. Today, AfroTech/house is one of the most popular and engaging electronic music genres out there. Yonzi took a 15 year break from DJing to focus on his career and studies. He never lost the passion for music, and got back into DJing during the pandemic. He is influenced by the thriving house music scenes in South Africa, Europe and the US, and is empowered by the global electronic music movement. He hopes to showcase the vibrant and engaging energy house music radiates to the world.
