Surrounded by music his whole life, Kip Collins has traveled the US performing on many different stages. Being trained as a classical trumpet player from a young age, Kip has been in front of crowds as big as 50,000 people. Finding a love of all things techno, in 1999, Kip made the switch from classical to electronic music. Selling his trumpet for two turntables and a mixer he started learning the art of mixing, and for the past decade has been a constant student. His select choice of progressive beats along with emotional vocals and endless energy has made him one of Pittsburgh’s favorite DJs. Kip has played alongside many great artists, from his friends in the local Pittsburgh culture, to world class DJs like; AK1200, Venom, Walkingstick, Marty McFly, Joey Riot, and Pittsburgh’s own 7up. Look for him to get your energy up and keep you groovin all night long.

Side B Underground & Amazonian Ethnic Recordings are Costa Rican labels founded by Dyan K. Its main objective is to offer high quality productions to the audience & reflect the finest side of our innovative underground music, as that is what electronic music lovers want and have always asked for. In what is left of this journey and thereafter you can expect amazing beats made by many artists from all around the world, as many have collaborated to make this project possible.

I was born in 1979 and even from my youth I tried to define a story for my own in this pleasant field of music. Starting from 1995 and up to now, this justified story made its own way inside my mind and became an universe full of lights and sounds.I always tried to create an inner world of music through mixing based on different outer styles.
