“Push the Feeling On” was one of the very first house tracks I heard back in the 90s — and it never left me.

The vocal, the groove, the emotion… it shaped my taste, my love for house music, and ultimately is one of the seminal tracks that led me to producing my own sound.

With the passing of John Reid (June 16, 2025), I felt a deep need to pay tribute — not by recreating the original, but by honoring its spirit.

This bootleg is a modern reinterpretation: Deep, a tad Tech-infused, and designed for today’s dancefloors — but it carries that same soul that hit me all those years ago. RIP John Reid — thank you for inspiring a whole generation of producers like me.
