Opening the series, we welcome DimSum, co-founder of the agency and a selector whose craft has been gently simmering over the years.

For this session, the Swiss DJ dug deep into his record collection in Milano, serving up a two-hour vinyl-only tasting menu of the house flavors he savors most: Deep, Jazzy, Soulful, Electro, Naughty, and Edgy. Each record unfolds like a delicate bite, rich in texture and groove, spiced with intuition and warmth.

Recorded in March for the Swiss radio show “Club Selectors,” this mix now reaches your ears, a slow-cooked journey of rhythm and emotion, best enjoyed post digestion, when the night begins to hum.

PS: the occasional crunch you might hear comes from a soundcard that couldn’t quite handle all the spicy tunes — consider it part of the recipe.

Originally "Back in the Days" released in 2004 on Resopal Schallware marked Tigerskin as a torchbearer for pop-oriented groovy House, reviving the raw energy of early 90s bleeps, swung beats, and untamed dance floor spirit but transforming it with the technical possibilities of the early 00s into his trademark romantic vision.

From the pulse of “Dance Now” to the cringey charm of “Party in My Car,” Tigerskin proved that Back in the Days was more than a look backward - it was a bridge between era's: a reminder that the roots of club culture still grow, still breathe, still move people.

Two decades on, this re‑release doesn’t just bring back nostalgia - it reminds us that reminiscing every once in a while can push creativity. The album and a few EPs around it were the start of a pretty different approaches to club music for Tigerskin, that led to several big tracks and remixes, some now considered to be classics by many. 

The three formerly unreleased and slightly more club-oriented bonus tracks had been recorded the same year but were amongst many that didn’t make it to the album.
