ELO is one of my favourite artists of all time, Time is one of my favourite albums of all time, so naturally I wanted to cover another one of their songs (previously covered Twilight in chiptune form: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwWnLmlu9IQ ), and Here Is The News is quite meaningful to me as my actual favourite artist of all time (Frost*, a British prog-rock band) previously covered this song, like 15 years ago or something.

(for what it's worth, this version is hot off the press (heh), and I haven't added all the news clips that appear in the original. The "official" release - whatever that may entail - should include them!)
