Deezy wurde 1991 in Bremen geboren. Seine Mutter schickte Ihn kurz darauf drei Jahre nach Ghana, um dort von seiner Tante großgezogen zu werden.

Die Musik ist in seiner afrikanischen Familie ein großes Thema und so floss diese auch von Anfang an durch seine Adern.

Nach seiner Rückkehr nach Deutschland fing Deezy an seine ersten Texte auf deutsch zu schreiben. Doch diese transportierten nicht die message, die er damit ausdrücken wollte. Also arbeitete er weiter in seiner Muttersprache - Englisch.

Nach und nach entwickelte er sich, seinen Flow und Style weiter. Mitte 2010 veröffentlichte Deezy sein erstes Musikvideo zu dem Track "I'm the Best", welches dann im gleichen Zuge europaweit ausgestrahlt wurde.

I was born in Germany, but I spent the most important years of my life in London. London has taught me a lot about music and life in general. My upbringing in London is the reason why I am so street oriented, because the "ends" taught me how to move around. Listening to artists like Giggs and Dubz also opened up other doors for me. I started seeing things from a different  perspective, which put me in a different zone. 

My 2 year stay in America is really what inspired me to start rapping, because I felt like I understood the music more. I started understanding the break down of a record and what separates tracks from actual songs. Once I acquired the right knowledge about how to make a proper record, I never looked back. I didn't want to be a rapper that was just rapping on and on about nothing, I wanted all my songs to have some sort of topic. 

My style of rapping is really difficult to describe. I would say that I use american beats with London road talks and american flows, which gives my  music an interesting sound, because it doesn't sound like the regular "roadman" in the hood. It sounds a little bit more sophisticated.

Cubex is a young and emerging artist with has a very strong passion for any kind of music. Starting with a private hobby, in which he taught himself the art of DJ’ing, first small parties and birthdays which he supplied with music, he came in 2006 at a small local Radio station in Rostock. In the same year he made his first appearance in a small club in Rostock. Driven by the idea to inspire more people with his music, he developed steadily and consequently his music. What makes him even more in many other clubs brought in and around Rostock. 2012 began DJ Cubex to produce his own tracks. Driving tech-house and melodic progressive house is one of his favorites during production. His DJ sets with danceable minimal and tech-house tracks are so amazing that people freak out on the Dancefloor.
