The three of them turn the iconic festival fave of Adrian Lux’s ‘Teenage Crime’ into a deep and melodic version of tomorrow’s dance music.

Stockholm based DJ & producer Sebjak cues up another juicy collaboration with fellow Swede, Fahlberg. Following recent club hits on MoBlack Records and Bibliotheque Records, the dynamic duo drop one serious summer anthem contender for Blond:ish’s ABRACADABRA imprint, with the single ‘Somebody’.

Already a staple in Blond:ish’s DJ sets, and picking up serious heat with the dancers, this breezy and heady house track builds steadily, setting the groove perfectly with galloping percussion before teasing in its main vocal hook, blasting this happy happy track into the stratosphere!

“The track was actually made over one and a half years ago, with no real intention to release it at first, we just loved the vocals and the concept around it. But after sending it out to some DJ friends and artists, Viv picked up on it, and when she started to play it, we noticed how many people were asking about it. The hype around the track began to live its own life and started to grow organically, and the amount of requests for this song became so many that we had to finally release it!”

Yepes returns to Abracadabra following his recent ‘My Way’ single with Sounds Of Rituals, this time collaborating with Presi On and Renate for the powerful vibes of ‘Mawu’.

Yepes picks up the story; “the story of this track began on a road trip to Cartagena. While we were listening to different songs, we hit a song from Adriatique that caught our attention at the same time as the sunset. The melodies and emotions they put into their track got us thinking and wanting to deliver a track with that emotion. That's how we came up with "Mawu," a very emotional and inspirational track. "Mawu" is a musical tribute to the powerful creator goddess of Dahomey mythology. This track is infused with heavenly harmonies and angelic chords, designed to capture the essence of Mawu's benevolent and nurturing nature. As we composed this track, we sought to convey the many facets of Mawu's character, from her role as a protector and nurturer of all life to her strength and determination in the face of adversity. The melody is designed to evoke feelings of hope and perseverance, capturing the essence of Mawu's journey and her unwavering determination to achieve her goals. Mawu is a goddess associated with the Sun and Moon, and we used this idea to create a track that is both light and dark, with a balance of different instruments, to create a harmony that reflects the balance of the universe. One of the OG Defected House Masters, Dennis Ferrer’s relationship with the iconic London label is checkpointed by a vast number of innovative originals, guiding house through many eras from soul and gospel to Afro and techno. Now renowned as one of the instantly recognisable anthems of modern house and the Defected catalogue, ‘Hey Hey’ receives two Afro house remixes from Jack Back and Da Capo & Kitty Amor. One of electronic music’s most recognisable artists, David Guetta created the Jack Back alias to return to his house roots, releasing the chart-topping Defected hit ‘(It Happens) Sometimes’ in 2018.
