Defected hitmakers Oden & Fatzo return with summer smash ‘Only For Tonight’, teaming up with US producer m.O.N.R.O.E and GRAMMY-nominated artist Matluck. Following 2024’s runaway hit ‘Tell Me What You Want’ with Poppy Baskcomb, plus their subsequent 2025 return with THEOS and Noa Milee for ‘Only You’, Oden & Fatzo have been deep in the Defected studio harnessing their uniquely throwback electronic sound. For their latest soon-to-be dancefloor favourite, the Parisian duo collaborate with US producer and good friend m.O.N.R.O.E - a DJ and producer whose diverse sound is heard across Nic Fanciulli’s Saved, The Martinez Brothers’ Cuttin’ Headz and other key tastemaker imprints. ‘Only For Tonight’ also features Matluck on vocal duty, an acclaimed singer and songwriter whose impressive catalogue includes multi-platinum, GRAMMY-nominated and Emmy award-winning releases. Defected house hero Ferreck Dawn returns to the London label with fiery summer heater ‘Deep Inside’. His previous label release in April 2025, ‘Make Me Weak’ featuring vocals from Carolyne Byrne, showcased an evolved sound for Ferreck - receiving much radio support across the UK, US, Ireland, France and his home country of The Netherlands. The Dutch powerhouse continues to go from strength to strength with an upcoming set at the label’s new residency at Pacha Ibiza and weekend festival Defected Malta in 2025. For his latest collaboration, Ferreck Dawn enlists Hayley May, a talented singer, songwriter and versatile musician who is no stranger to the Defected family; her recent collabs with artists like SAINT, Solardo and TCTS have proved Hayley’s worth as one of dance music’s most in-demand vocalists at the moment. Blending steel drums with fiery electronic rhythms, ‘Deep Inside’ shows Ferreck Dawn at his brightest and most dancefloor-ready, with Hayley May’s deliciously slick topline sure to remain with listeners throughout the summer.

What links Moby, Snap and Whitney Houston? The answer is New York songwriter Toni Colandreo. They wrote "Loves Gonna Get You" for Jocelyn Brown (as sampled by Moby in "Go" and Snap in "The Power") and also this song, "Love Will Save The Day". The "Whitney" album that the original recording featured on was a massive record for Kevin McKay in the late 80s, and the original Jellybean production (and David Morales remixes) were in constant rotation on his turntables. His many visits to London's Roast parties (where the dancefloor reciprocates his love of Whitney) led to an edit of the original and now, this cover version. Wrapping the iconic topline in tough beats, driving bass and some killer chord stabs, Kevin has taken this funky 80s jam into house heaven. Every time we've seen it drop, it has gone off!

Starting as a collaboration between Girls of the Internet’s Tom Kerridge and UK soul sensation Sophie Faith, ‘Affirmations’ was released in summer of 2023 prior to the collective’s full-length LP When I Was Lost, I Found Myself.
