Detroit's Filthiest - Fight to the Finish EP [Defrostatica Records - DICA018]

DJ Nasty, Digitek, 313 Bass Mechanics - these were his aliases in the '90s when he was part of a movement from Detroit that established ghettotech as a DJ-style as well as an electronic music genre. In 2015 he re-entered the game as Detroit's Filthiest and in 2017 he collaborated with Sinistarr on 'Yo Speakerz' (DICA004), which was supported by DJ Shadow and Doc Scott alike. His 'Honor Among Thieves EP' in 2018 (DICA008) unearthed another hit with 'Funky Sperm' (900K plays). In summer 2021 he contributed to the Defrostatica Records various artists compilation Hybrid Hooks with the hip-hop jungle crossover "Throwback".

This fall he returns to the Defrostatica label with four no-frills up-tempo tracks that fuse electro, ghettotech and jungle as only Detroit's Filthiest can.
