Lahcen Abib (Ðeejay Abib) was born in 18 January in Morocco. He grew up in a musical family which Dance, Country and Funk music were part of his daily nutrition. Dj Abib spend most of his time getting lost in music which resulted in his choice of name DEEJAY “ABIB” which stands for Sound-Time.

In 2008 Abib had his first encounter with turntables and fell head over heals in love with them, he made a swift departure from there and within the same year he landed his first gigs at small clubs in Morocco.

After receiving positive feedback on his debut performance Abib was offered a spot right next to Dj Gino who was running the dj circuit at the time. Abib stayed under the tutor age of Gino and toured the country with him till ‘08. In 2009 Deejay Abib landed his first residency @ the Tiger House Nightclub in Casablanca from where his name traveled fast as a Male Dj to be reckoned with. Abib decided to break from the club scene for a while.

Dj Abib stays true to his name as his striking looks are but the icing on the cake next to the Sound-Time he spends preparing to give his audience a unique blend of the Old and New, Music for the Boys and the Girls.
