On one shoulder, a tattoo reads "Stay Humble". The other shoulder reads "Stay Hungry". In between boasts "Failure is not an Option". Not much more could describe the attitude and work ethic of Sharod Starks. Formerly known as PT Starks, Sharod Starks is a multi-faceted artist and stands as the resident visionary for the label he co-founded, Business As Usual Entertainment, LLC (BAU).

Founded in 2005, Business As Usual Entertainment (BAU) is fledging entertainment firm based out of Philadelphia, PA. BAU has become a power player in the field by creating synergies with companies across multiple platforms to bring customers the ultimate music experience. Behind the scenes, BAU has been one of the most forward thinking and innovative forces in music. BAU is also home to a range of creatives from Philadelphia to Atlanta to LA and many points in between.
