Next up on SPACEDUST selections, we’ve got Andrea PassEnger, a reel deal selector, producer, and curator straight outta Turin, Italy. One of the country’s best kept secrets, Andrea’s been digging deep for years, pushing vintage cream of the crop.

With releases on Just What The World Needs, Tabernacle, AI Records, he’s built a solid rep among DJs who really know their stuff. But it’s his vinyl-only imprint, Light Touches Records, that’s been turning heads—flipping forgotten gems and dusty disco cuts into dancefloor weapons. Now ten releases deep, and trust, he’s got more heat stashed away.

Andrea’s sound has taken him far and wide—from Corsica Studios in London to Bonobo in Tokyo, Backwards in Ireland, and beyond. He’s rocked alongside Theo Parrish, Gilles Peterson, and Nicky Siano, while holding it down as a resident at Jazz:Re:Found Festival and running his own club nights, Aquario and Better Days—spaces where community meets club culture.

For SPACEDUST MIX034, Andrea keeps it raw and rugged—a vinyl-only selection laced with deep Afro cuts, gospel soul, and grooves built for serious movers. He’s dropped six unreleased edits, plus two heavy hitters from Light Touches #10, making this one for the heads who like their selections timeless and uncut.

We first connected with Andrea over a decade ago, back when we were working on those Mark Grusane edits, and we’ve been tracking his journey ever since. Now, it’s about time we officially welcome him to the SPACEDUST family.

It feels quite surreal to say this, but Episode 03 of the Balearic London mix series is brought by none other than Italo house legend Don Carlos. Starting his DJ career in the late 70s, he is best known for his production debut 'Alone'. Widely known as the epitome of what dream house is, the track combines emotive piano chords, crisp percussion, and ethereal pads in what is beautifully floaty yet perfectly punchy perfection. Since then he's released more underground hits under his own name as well as his Montego Bay and Aquanauts monikers. He isn't just a legend of the 90s though, his releases in the recent years on Freerange Records, Utopia, Irma Records, and remixes on Wolf Music and more show that his music sounds as fresh now as ever.

AUF TOGO is the combination of Sasa Crnobrnja (In Flagranti / Mytron & Ofofo) and Clement Cachot-Coulom (The Fabulous Penetrators / Big Girls). Their combined sound is one of vintage recording equipment and instruments, coupled with the tweaks and blends from the modern studio.Please write down in your diary the EP will be available from the 13th of July.

The duo presents a loose, almost improvised sound that works effortlessly within the rigid confines of house music. Psychedelic reverberated guitars meet probing synth lines and a live- sounding rhythm section. Heavy kicks, singing cowbells, deep bass lines and lo-fi guitar licks blur the line between rigid, quantized sounds and the duo’s refreshing human touch. 

Draws on their knowledge of the past and the current club scene, the No Control EP easily glides through deep, warm analogue sounds and tougher studio techniques. Clement's guitar work is reminiscent of late 60’s Garage bands, complimented by Sasa's strong bass lines and driving beats, giving the perfect mix of home listening fuzz and a late-night dance floor.
