With the succes I have with my arrangement of Pink Floyd's "Echoes", I decided to tackle another masterpiece: Shine On You Crazy Diamond. Because arranging only the first part (I to VI) is kind of boring, I just tried to make the whole uncut piece as it was probably intended. So here is SOYCD parts I-IX for wind orchestra, enjoy!

It has "crazy" in the name so crazy it is. This is 220 instrument modules and just under 500 channels playing a tribute to one of my all-time favorite bands.

Minor structural difference: A long period of silence that resulted from omitting the wind noise foley has been shortened since 10 seconds of silence was a bit much.

I envision the more traditional orchestral performance posted a few days ago as what happens when I send teams armed with tranquilizer darts in to subdue half the orchestra.
