Kasper Granroth is a Finnish artist whose voice, compositions and productions span across genres such as house, R&B, and hip-hop — all infused with a deep sense of rhythm and colour. He began his journey as a musician, DJ, and radio host in his teenage years, laying the foundation for a versatile and boundary-pushing career.
In 2017, Kasper G founded Lost Favourite Records, quickly catching the attention of tastemakers like Mixmag and DJ Mag. Beyond worldwide dancefloors, his work as a producer and songwriter has earned a Finnish Golden Record, a Best Estonian Rap Album award, and over 40 million digital streams, alongside collaborations with Grammy-winning acts.
As well as his solo projects, G has toured internationally as drummer and musical director for pop artist ALMA, bringing his radiant energy to global stages. Now, with a wave of original songs, he continues to expand his sound from his studio residency in Berlin. Beyond music, he is active in community volunteering and supports environmental organisations.
In 2025, Kasper G pressed a 12” Dancefloor Politics on LFR in collaboration with Funnland, marking a new chapter of continuous dance-music releases. Looking ahead to 2026, he is crafting new music with the collective Loverse, introducing yet another dimension of his ever-evolving artistry.
