We’re back with the second release on our label and this time it’s a small snapshot of the Finnish scene: a collection of fast, psychedelic techno from Helsinki artist HOMI (@kiuas) with a slow-burning remix from VC-118A (@mohlao).

Recorded at his studio space in Helsinki, HOMI’s Välitila EP begins with three tracks of percussive, acid-tinged techno, primed for peak time. The B-side features a remix of the title track Välitila from Dutch-born and now Finland-based VC-118A, delivering a winding, slow-burning counterweight to Homi’s dancefloor-oriented original. The digital edition includes a bonus fifth track of quirky breakbeat techno from HOMI titled SmallBisnes.

Harmony Rec. is celebrating its eighth birthday with a double EP compilation involving all the artists of the label.

HARMONY010.1 is introduced by a playful experimental composition of Polygonia that shares the side with a gloomy electro drive by Forest On Stasys. Groovy dancefloor-aimed loops that are exhaling their freshness via the B-side, were crafted by the label veterans Jamida and Shoal.

HARMONY010.2 is the deeper & darker sibling of the first half of the release. The tracks from Alfred and Biri are not missing any cadence, as the compilation progresses towards the end. Alan Backdrop is adding some extra progressiveness on the B1 before the finale. The whole thing is wrapped up by Raleigh’s immersive, nebulous journey.

Our premiere, 'Nueva Forma' by the Danza Nativa founder, Guido Camino, aka Forest on Stasys, presents a new side, or 'new form' as the track name implies of this talented producer and DJ hailing from Buenos Aires. Even though Guido changes the groove and visits the UK electro realms, the excursion stays deep and hypnotic in a true Forest On Stasys fashion.

Na Nich - Black Soil EP (DSR-C19)

BLNDR's latest track, '1080°', is an outstanding showcase of the producer's technical prowess and creative vision. The fast-paced percussions, metallic hi-hats, and breakbeat kick drum create a sense of urgency and energy that propels the track forward. However, what sets '1080°' apart is the delicate balance it strikes between these intense elements and more subtle, warm pads and lush vocals that add depth and texture to the track.
