https://soundcloud.com/shoall second release on https://soundcloud.com/harmony-rec ‘Aureola’ characterizes the current sound of the Prague-based label collective. The Utrecht-based producer aims for the body and mind: enriched with hypnotic rhythm patterns, field recordings, drones, and sonic textures.

The EP’s side A is largely dedicated to dance floors providing driving & groovy loops. Side B is reaching a deeper atmosphere with an emphasis on broken rhythms and slow-paced beats. Shoal managed to create a fine contrast between both sides while honing the naturalistic elements of the Harmony sound throughout the whole record. 
 
Minimal Collective's premiere pick is the EP opener Multiplicity, a deep and groovy track which feels both modest and rousing at the same time while guiding you to hypnotic states.

Harmony Rec. is celebrating its eighth birthday with a double EP compilation involving all the artists of the label.

HARMONY010.1 is introduced by a playful experimental composition of Polygonia that shares the side with a gloomy electro drive by Forest On Stasys. Groovy dancefloor-aimed loops that are exhaling their freshness via the B-side, were crafted by the label veterans Jamida and Shoal.

HARMONY010.2 is the deeper & darker sibling of the first half of the release. The tracks from Alfred and Biri are not missing any cadence, as the compilation progresses towards the end. Alan Backdrop is adding some extra progressiveness on the B1 before the finale. The whole thing is wrapped up by Raleigh’s immersive, nebulous journey.

Even though Guido changes the groove and visits the UK electro realms, the excursion stays deep and hypnotic in a true Forest On Stasys fashion.
