Deltarune best fan dark world's theme's

The long overdue "Stardome" track!
This plays in the final main area of Chapter 3, Tenna's giant Stardome.
The song's feel is heavily inspired by non-traditional jazz.

@kiwiquest had helped me a little with this track, mostly some melody stuff. xP

The tileset for this area was done by the amazing "tuna!"
I'm unsure if they have a SoundCloud page, so I'll have to check.

it's BACK, i've spent so much hours making this as best as i could and came to one of my best works that i've ever composed. so for any past series premiere fans, i hope you all enjoy the new iteration.

Happy 2 years... to think that TECHNOCOLOR was like, kept alive despite being a mangled rotting corpse.

I got some help finishing this from @lexxiemow, but most of the song was my work. The art remains to be by the awesome Beruki.

I don't expect people to prefer this, and that's okay. But this song generally just feels a bit more fitting to the calmer and more deserty nature of the area, plus it includes more of the leitmotifs used elsewhere in the OST.

Call this the "death of pre-sneaking Vision Crew." I don't mind.

Thanks for the 2 years, I hope we can make 2 more.
