The enormous Red Light Records are back with their latest batch of tunes, this time from Granada, Spain’s Impak. After previous issues on FFW, Kosenprod, and Simplify, and remixes for The Clamps, he’s now ready to unleash the Pterodactyl EP. 

Things start off with the title tune, and what a way to start. Shimmering electronics in the intro rise up out of the ether, kickstarting a track which you know means business. As we navigate the drop, the beats bounce back in full effect, establishing the flavour of the release – mean, moody and in your face. Full on craziness kicks in after this, with cascading effects filling the mix. Nothing’ll prepare you for Pterodactyl, you’ll just have to take flight regardless.
