Even Eights Records comprises five record labels: Even Eights Records, Contemporary Film Music, Endless Worldwide, International Pop Music, and Barga Jazz Records, which have established themselves as key players in the contemporary music scene. Among the notable artists are Alfa Romero, Luca Bacchetti, Stefano Onorati, and Roberto Cecchetto musicians and producers who excel in their respective fields and have helped solidify the Publishing House's reputation as a hub of creativity and innovation.

Through its fusion of diverse musical styles and promotion of artistic collaboration, Even Eights Records continues to push boundaries, producing innovative music while maintaining a solid and growing influence on the global music scene.

Trumpet Player, Teacher, Sound Designer, and Composer of Applied Music to Images

A prominent figure in the contemporary music scene, he is renowned for blending artistic creativity with technical expertise in music production. He graduated from the "A. Passaglia" Musical High School in Lucca and later earned his trumpet diploma from the "L. Boccherini" Conservatory in Lucca. He further advanced his training with a three-year post-diploma course at Siena Jazz University, obtaining a Professional Qualification for Jazz Musicians and Contemporary Derivatives. He also attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music Clinics during Umbria Jazz. Additionally, he earned a second-level academic diploma in Composition for Applied Music to Images, with a focus on Sound Design, from the "F. Venezze" Conservatory in Rovigo, graduating with top honours (110 cum laude). Throughout his academic journey, he had the opportunity to attend high-level masterclasses in sound design with Mirko Perri, music for video games with Mariza Dima, sound painting with Gabriel Thibaudeau, orchestration with Norman Ludwin, and new trends in film music with Francesco Donadello. He also served as a tutor for the European project BIP23 (Blended Intensive Programme) Soundtrack Europe.

In 2006, he founded his own music publishing house—an innovative entrepreneurial venture aimed at promoting both his artistic vision and that of emerging and established talents. The publishing house spans multiple musical genres, from pop to electronic, avant-garde jazz, theatre, and dance music. It includes four record labels: Even Eights Records, Contemporary Film Music, International Pop Music, and Barga Jazz Records, all of which have become key references in the music industry.

A significant turning point in his career came in 2007 when IVECO SPA commissioned him to compose 15 original soundtracks for promotional videos for the new Stralis and Daily models. These works, created in collaboration with the famous New Zealand rugby team, the All Blacks, were presented during the Rugby World Cup in France, further cementing his international reputation as a composer of applied music for visual media.

As a musician, he has been a member of the Italian Youth Jazz Orchestra, performing with the Peter Erskine Trio (John Taylor and Palle Danielsson), and collaborating with internationally renowned artists such as flautist James Newton. Since 1995, he has been a permanent member of the Barga Jazz Orchestra, where he has had the privilege of playing alongside some of the world's most significant jazz figures, including Lee Konitz, Steve Swallow, Tom Harrell, Kenny Wheeler, David Liebman, Dave Douglas, Jeremy Pelt, Enrico Rava, Paolo Fresu, Fabrizio Bosso, and Stefano Bollani. Among his most prestigious collaborations is his work with Héctor Zazou, an icon of world music, with whom he premiered a new soundtrack for Georges Clouzot's 1956 documentary Le Mystère Picasso and recorded the album The Arch for Elen Music.

He currently holds the position of Chairman and Publisher at Auroom Srls, an artistic collective engaged in producing and managing successful theatrical performances, including Haberowski featuring Alessandro Haber. He also co-produces the musical project Alfa Romero (Afterlife).

Always active in both live performances and the recording studio, he regularly participates in a wide range of artistic projects. He also collaborates with schools and cultural associations, offering music training courses for students of all ages and levels, thus contributing to the artistic development of new generations of musicians.

Based in Italy, Emma herself originates from Scotland, and combines her roots with broad influences from her Italian band, blending vocals with a guitar (Luca Giovacchini) and drum (Piero Perelli) combo.

Their debut album Bitten by the Devil has over 250k Spotify downloads. It was recorded live in an analog studio. Guests and collaborators include Grammy Award winner Gene Paul (USA), known for his work with Norah Jones, Aretha Franklin, Rolling Stones and many more, Antonio Gramentieri who’s collaborations include Alejandro Escovedo, Dan Stuart, Hugo Race, Raphael Gualazzi (piano) and Gabriele Evangelista (Doublebass). 


Emma has collaborated on stage and in studio with artists such as Glen Hansard, Alejandro Escovedo, Paolo Nutini, Olly Murs, Gary Lucas and Petra Magoni. 
Her work on film soundtrack “Saremo Giovani e Bellissimi” is currently nominated for a David De Donatello Award, and won Venice Film Festival’s Soundtrack Stars Awards 2018
She has also written and produced music for Samsung, Expo, Rai as well as high fashion brands Piquadro, Sergei Grinko and Edda Berg.

Emma uses her music to raiser awareness on political and social issues facing today’s society. Her unique and empowering performative act of song and dance takes us on a journey of rebirthand discovery of cross-cultural sounds. Inspired by her personal life experiences she tells us stories of epic battles with devils, with loss and fear. Bitten by the Devil  is a courageous rebellion against inequality and a call to all people to unite with compassion for a fairer world.
