アスカリプソは、エレクトロニック・ミュージックの様々なジャンル、特にハードコアの連続体であるUKのサウンドに広く精通し、深く理解しているDJだ。UKガラージ、ジャングル、ダブステップ、ブレイクビーツ、ダブ、ハウス、テクノなど、そのすべてがサイケデリックな渦の中で混ざり合い、油断すると渦に巻き込まれてしまう（用心するに越したことはない）。大阪出身で大阪を拠点に活動する彼女は、日本全国、そして世界各地でプレイし、ショップ中のサウンド、カルチャー、ダンスフロア、エネルギーを吸収してきた。彼女がここにいるのは、何よりもまず、あなたを気持ちよくさせるため。そして、彼女はイシノコのことをよく知っている。2022年のフェスティバルに出演し、昨年のミジンコでのパーティーではヤマとバック・トゥ・バックで演奏し、昨年のフェスティバルには真のサポーターとして参加した。Ascalypsoはishinokoを理解し、我々は彼女を理解する。今年のフェスティバルの栄光の周回の運転席に彼女を座らせるのは当然のことだ。彼女はその新しいカスタム・ケワ・サウンドシステムを可能な限り最高のギヤに上げ、真剣にゴムを燃やすだろう。

Ascalypso is a DJ with a very wide reach and deep understanding of many different genres of electronic music, especially sounds from the UK across the hardcore continuum. UK Garage, Jungle, Dubstep, Breakbeats, Dub, House & Techno, all mixed together in a psychedelic swirl that has you caught in a vortex if you’re not careful (we recommend throwing caution to the wind).

From and based in Osaka, she plays across Japan and beyond, and has soaked up sounds, cultures, dancefloors and energies from all over the shop to bring you a special omakase with her own tongue-in-cheek sense of humour. She’s here to make you feel good, first and foremost. And she knows ishinoko well, having played at the festival in 2022, back to back with Yama at our party in Daphnia last year, and attended the festival last year as a true supporter.

Ascalypso gets ishinoko, and we get her. It was only right to put her in the driving seat for the glory lap of the festival this year. She’ll be taking that new custom Kewa soundsystem up to the highest possible gear and burning some serious rubber.
