This year irrepressible Italian born electronic producer Roberto Bosco returns with a new EP via his own imprint Last Drop Records, recently founded alongside with his partner in crime Kiny. This EP, that features four tracks, begins in media res with Sonorous Waves Part 1. An ambient intro track that creates the conditions for a mystic and celestial environment that pervades the whole release. Towards the end of the track a psychedelic reflection reshapes the sound: it is the light that filters, crystal clear and bright. The other track on the same side, Part 2, is more dancefloor oriented with a 4/4 beat and multi-layered structure made of typical industrial and techno sonorities. It's evident that they include Roberto Bosco's legacy: stormy emotions but with deep and melodic sound lines. Part 3 is another intro track, starting with spectral sounds that carefully develop into a full sci-fi ambience. Then, finally, part 4 arises with obscure and hypnotics sounds that match very slowly a more perpetual and gentle 4/4 that ends with ups and downs and a syncopated bass.

Music and Psychedelia become tools capable of deepening and investigating the deepest aspects of life and then re-emerging with a new gaze, both on the world and within oneself.

We've been honored to welcome Sordid Sound System's own Stuart Evans to rework 'No Loss'. Stellar producer with releases on labels such as Optimo Music, Hoga Nord, Invisible Inc or Playground Records, he infused his trademark sound collisions of motorik dub and psychedelic dungeon disco.

Belgium Duo Marching Machines joins Roam Recordings with a delightful EP of thoughtful electronic music that, while it can be filed under indie dance/dark disco, has a sound of its own. The title track Alfheim is an anthem born of machines that does the duo’s namesake proud. Heimdal takes the mood into a darker realm with its masterful synth worth over perfectly programmed drum machines. Midgaard keeps it dark with its driving arpeggios underpinning lush pads.
The EP is backed by remixes from Younger Than Me and Mufti. Younger Than Me is up first with an uptempo rave version that brings psychedelic acid to the party. Roam alumni Mufti brings the tempo back down into a groove with a warbly bass leading to a refreshing melody to round out the EP..
