The 3rd edition of the Dance 2017 series is a double A side featuring a track from the highly regarded Palms Trax and also the debut production from Secretsundaze aka Giles Smith & James Priestley.

Secretsundaze step up with their very first production as a duo. Both Giles and James have a catalogue of production work already, Giles as Two Armadillos with the sadly departed Martin Dawson and James alongside partners Marco Antonio Spaventi and Dan Berkson.

'Motorway Jam’ is a peak time, Detroit inspired burner with a rough analogue bassline and atmospheric detail on the top end. Keep your eyes peeled for more music from the London pair coming soon.

As the name suggests, Dance 2017 is here for one purpose and these tracks are guaranteed to make you move!

The French DJ and producer Pierre Moritz is back with a full-length album called “17-21 Rue de Javel”, released on his own, with no record labels, 'Homemade from production to distribution' as he says. The album is available on K7 tapes and digitally via Bandcamp. 

Pierre’s previous works were mainly featured on his label Copie Blanche, but his debut EP was released on the UK-based label Shall Not Fade last year. 

While his first productions used many samples, Pierre here takes a different, more mature, and more personal path. The result is a beautiful funky 8-tracker, filled with colorful synth melodies. 

We chose to feature “Teen Strip”, a track composed with our friend Real J. Together, they explore raw, dusty analog sounds, led by a heavy funky bassline and a powerful rhythm. We love it, it's a strong 10/10 that reminds us some of the works from Funkineven.

The clouds had parted to make way for his arrival as be began his ascent upwards towards the sky. His time here on earth was done and soon he would dance amidst the heavens in a new life beyond the stress and strife of the streets below. He was a soul out of time, a man without a life to live and a floating spirit which would transcend what we ever thought to be possible down upon planet earth. It was going to be a long journey upwards but it would be worth the wait. 

Westcoast Goddess is set to release a new EP on Slam City Jams - an EP which showcases the very best in feel good house music and dancefloor spirit. It comes off the back of releases for Heart To Heart Records and under the guise of Videopath for Shanti Celeste's Peach Discs.

Difficult DJ’s debut on ØEN Records “The Noodle EP” is an ode to instant cup noodles from around the world. The EP consists of three tracks spanning percussion driven ambient and laid back house music. The EP is recorded and produced in Copenhagen during the summer of 2019 which can be heard in it’s warm and carefree sound. Noodle Ep is released digitally on ØEN Records the 20th of September.
