Timeless Moment is proud to present brand new remixes for Morttagua’s classic  “the 8th Sense” from renowned American progressive master Darin Epsilon and German rising star Modeplex. 

Morttagua released “The 8th Sense “previously in 2018, alongside the lone remix from legendary Robert Babicz. The original is also re-released on this package with a brand new mixdown work from Morttagua re-mastered by SM Mastering.   

Darin Epsilon takes the ‘trancier’ original into a more melodic techno journey, using a fat moog style bassline to set the mood while incorporating a complex and groovy percussion work.  Darin’s remix is a true piece of art, keeping almost intact the main melodies from “The 8th Sense” but at the same time giving a fresher feel to its timeless harmony.  

Modeplex remake of “The 8th Sense” takes a complete 180 degree turn from the original, using some melodic elements of the track but changing completely the atmosphere mood.  The German turned 8”Th Sense” into a dark hypnotic dance floor techno bomb, with a powerful bassline and brand new melodic synth riffs, simply timeless!

Skanda Records returns after a short hiatus by welcoming Roberto Traista back to the label for a new single. The Hungarian artist's 'Big Nasty' dropped on the Indian imprint in December of last year amidst much support. Now following his 'Echoes of Lightbulbs' for Abstract Space to begin the year, Roberto returns to Skanda with the much anticipated 'Here and Now'.

Looking back on 'Big Nasty' Roberto focused on a spacious big room sound that perfectly merged the worlds of progressive house and techno. On 'Here and Now' the Hungarian showcases his studio repertoire further with another peak time style production that makes great use of afro-drums and nostalgic acid sensibilities. The magic is in the slow, methodical build across it's near eight minute running time, with timely drops, transitions and clever modulation making for several magic moments along with way, not the least of which is a sizzling break which sets the course for a groovy, heads down finale. Sensational stuff from Roberto which makes for an excellent return to Skanda Records, a label who continue to deliver  stellar single track offerings. Don't miss it.

'Feelings of romance and hope imbue the spring months, as well as the music released this time of year. We're thrilled to present "Spring Selections 04," featuring four stirring new cuts by White Leaf & Wassu and more, which capture the sentimental mood of the spring season.

Rising talents White Leaf and Wassu, both of whom have released on Silk Music in the past, have gravitated toward the burgeoning organic house movement in recent years, so their first collaboration (on our label) was in some way fated. An "organica" affair from start to finish, their visionary "Berceuse" begins with a light tribal rhythm, as the distant echoes of an ancient civilization begin to seep into the soundscape. As the arrangement progresses, the subtle atmospheric effects begin to take shape into something more palpable, as crystalline, bell-tinged melodies and hauntingly beautiful vocal effects approach the foreground of the soundscape. The dreamlike aura of the composition never wavers; by the midpoint of the arrangement, the listener is completely transfixed with awe.'
