I really feel the Autumn, it’s a season i deeply love. Melancholic, as my music is sometimes, warm colours, the nature seems to take a rest after the big rush during the summer time.

This year, Autumn will be even more special. I decided to start a big - big project to take you all from the comforting-but-melacholic lights of the Autumn to the cold and white winter. And i’ll do that every week.

Starting from this week, i’ll improvise, records and upload a new song (hopefully….!!).


Sometimes it will be just the song itsefl. Sometimes it will be a song and an image or a video.
Each week a new song from now to December 21st. And, this time, i’ll be free. Free to try different things (don’t worry, my piano will still be there…!) and we will together see and hear how my music will evolve in the next three months.

Not only i’ll be free - each single songs will be free for you to download and share with your friend.

This is the story of a Petrel (Burevisnik) that fought storms and waves all his life. Once, he accidentally flew above the thunderclouds and discovered the tranquil sky (Nebo) full of stars. When he returned, the Petrel understood that the only way to escape the constant storm was by flying into the wind (Vitri) to his new dream. Overcoming the elements once again, the Petrel flew as high as he could, clutching the hope of seeing the stars again. However, the wind and the snow of the North (Pivnich), like the storm before, would not allow him to break through. Faced with the snowstorms of the north, the weakened Petrel almost surrendered, but at the last moment, he turned into the Northern Lights (Aurora).

The new album, composed having in mind the idea of releasing it mostly on vinyl, has two different "sides" - the "Solo" side, in which I am playing a delicate and intimate felted grand piano and the "romance" side, in which I composed music with strings, in a more cinematic style.

Denis Stelmakh – a musician, pianist and composer from Russia, Arkhangelsk. His main musical instrument is piano. He began to play it when he was six years old. 
His composer's path began from replaying his favourite soundtracks of well-known composers, such as: Hanz Zimmer, Danny Elfman, Jim Lang, Clint Mansell. Exactly these people formed his future musical perception, became his teachers and instilled the will to create something like they did. 
In 2011 his first composition "Memories" went out. In 2014 he released his first album "New Beginning". 

August 10, 2016 he released his second album called Ambience which became some kind of experiment for Denis in finding his own style. 

January 10, 2018 Denis released his new album called The Nowhere. Now Denis is working on the soundtracks for film directors / commercials / video games etc.
