Nico Parisi and Franco La Cara join forces once again with the superb Guardian Angel which comprises seven tracks covering progressive house and melodic techno. Both Nico and Franco have been stalwarts for Bonzai Progressive over the years, delivering quality cuts on solo and collaboration projects. It's safe to say we always get excited when they get into the studio together and we've no doubt the partnership will continue for many years.

Guardian Angel is a sublime, mini-album concept featuring seven perfectly balanced tracks. The release opens with the aptly titled, One, which eases us into a smooth melodic techno groove bedecked with dark, moody tones and contrasting euphoric sequences. Solar is up next, taking us straight into a powerful proggy groove right from the get go. Chunky beats, sharp hats and striking plucky basses drive this one, alongside beautifully crafted melodic patterns. Farfalla is next and sticks with the progressive vibes, offering up a smoother, more defined and rich sound that captivates from start to finish. Buoyant beats and pulsing basses combine to deliver a fluid groove which is topped off with colourfully modulated synths. At the midway point, we find the tougher edged melodic techno grooves of Waves. A super tight construction filled with exotic percussions and punchy kicks which lay the foundation for a driving bassline and mesmerizing arpeggio melody. Gritty synths add strength and texture, making this one a definite floor mover. Staying on the melodic techno tip, Pressure heralds in another rock-solid groove destined to work the floors. A more atmospheric number, thanks to bright synth plucks and converging melodies, the track is powered by a thick, infectious bassline and timely beats that keep things moving nicely. Dynamic is next, continuing that driving theme with a powerful bassline which is prominent from the off. Punchy beats and manicured percussions set the rhythm loose as mesmerizing arpeggios cascade through the sound. Expertly crafted FX enhance the sound while distinctive melodic techno synths take over. Health concludes the release, taking us back to progressive mode for the finale. Carving out a surreal, chunky groove, the track is adorned with wonderment and intrigue. A deep, rumbling bassline dominated as percolating synth lines blend effortlessly with exotic percussions and punchy beats. On the break, the groove evokes an emotional response with poignant melodics and brighter tones. The perfect ending to a fine slice of work by Nico and Franco.

After his last single "Fata Morgana" in May, the next release of our techno producer Deniz Bul is now in the starting blocks.
With "Dualism" Deniz adds another track to his set, which is meanwhile part of his current shows in India, Germany, Argentina, Turkey and many other countries.
"Dualism" combines the elements of a 303 acid sound with driving tech elements. The rolling bassline and the pushing drums together with the vocal are a fantastic combination.
For all DJs, an extended mix will be released in addition to the original version.
We are very much looking forward to the new single of Deniz Bul and wish you a lot of fun "Dualism".

Hypnostate's "Mind Control" is a curated compilation that marks the label's first edition, helmed by label boss Timmo. The 12-track collection features contributions from both core artists Balthazar &amp; JackRock, as well as 11 newcomers to the label.

Leading off the compilation is Timmo's "Let's Go Back," an energetic track that sets the tone for the rest of the album. Balthazar &amp; JackRock's "Inner Vision" follows, delivering a mesmerizing blend of hypnotic beats and ethereal melodies.

Antonio D'Africa and Sall's "Constant-Q" is a proper peak-time weapon, with its driving rhythms and relentless energy. "Love 1952" by Stoked offers a different perspective with a nostalgic and emotional touch.

TimiR's "Back To The" and Bj&oslash;rnson's "Wrong Answer" both showcase the label's diversity and willingness to take creative risks. Ba&uuml;s &amp; Unlighted's "Infiltrate" and Masino's "Talk About Us" both deliver on the label's promise to bring new and exciting sounds to the techno genre.

"Your Love" and "Modulate" by TimiR and Jarrod Graeme respectively, show the label's ability to seamlessly blend different styles and influences. SUDO's "My Time" and Julian Mesa's "Esme" round off the compilation with a groovy and upbeat touch.

Overall, "Mind Control" is a well-rounded and cohesive compilation that showcases the label's mission to push boundaries and introduce new artists to the techno scene.

With the season well underway, Get Physical is hitting the ground running with the 18th edition of Full Body Workout. If case you’ve been living under a rock the last decade, Full Body Workout aims to shine a spotlight on some of the hottest rising and established talent for their take on where the scene is now, and where it might be headed. So finding tracks by visionaries like Pezzner, NIBC and Nils Hoffman shouldn’t come as a surprise. The compilation opens with a floor-moving tech-house groove from Supernova to set everything into motion. Quickly following is Pezzner with ‘Julie’, a small shift down in energy initially, only to rise to peak time levels over the course of the track. Eagles & Butterflies then shakes down the floor with a percussion driven beauty, ‘Awakening’. Nils Hoffman up next. The young German producer delivers a stunning track full of bass swells and calls it ‘Storms’. Hold out for the elegant piano lines in the break, a brilliant contrast to the dark and heavy bass surrounding it. Now we’ve reached the halfway point, and we don’t want to spoil the surprises to come from the likes of NIBC, Kevin Yost (who’s skillfully pulled of the continuous mix here as well), Savvas Ysatis & Olga Kouklaki, P41, Hawie and Ilona Maras, Sanja feat. Sutja Gutierrez.
