For the people who know me in my daily life, I am a painter, and no not like Van Gogh (haha ​​I wish 🤣), but I paint houses.

On weekends I listen and make music, because it relaxes me a lot after a week of hard work, so I started a side project called ‘Sunday Moods’ which is a playlist that i make on Spotify.

I proudly present my first release Ouwe Meuk Vol. 1, which means something like 'old junk' in English. Old junk, because I finally decided to finish some old projects, but also because old school sounds are the basis for my musical productions. Furthermore, you can of course expect some funky tunes and sharp grooves in both tracks. Hofplein is a major public town square in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The square lies on a crossing of the Weena, the Schiekade and the Coolsingel. In the center of the square a large fountain is situated.

Near the square lay the former Rotterdam Hofplein railway station.

Life is good, don’t take it too seriously! That's the motto of the Rotterdam based techno DJ and producer Denn Punk. And it surely works infectiously on the dance floor when you see this epicurean behind the decks.

Denn Punk started his career as a DJ with vinyl in the early 90s and this can still be heard in his sets and productions. Expect old school grooves with funky tunes, combined with pumping beats to get the crowd moving. 

In the studio he plays around with samples to create something fresh and new. Add some sharp grooves combined with old school sounds and you have a genuine Denn Punk release.
