This long version, although just a portion of the whole session, presents a sonic journey of soundscapes with ethereal yearning vibrations of the gongs along with the imagined call of whales in the distance. The sounds and vibrations guided you into a state of meditative release and relaxation.

The dialog of two native flutes in two keys express a meditative harmonic journey. An ebb and flow navigating through the world as it passes by.

This piece is the culmination of my progress in the course, Native Flute Magic, and is dedicated to my Native Flute teacher, Lynda Arnold of the Divasonic Music Academy, @divasonic.

The Magic of the Teacher - A Native Flute Duet Meditation

This is a casual recorded recreation of a live performance during our Full Moon Yoga with Live Music and Storytelling on 10/30/2023. 

I was so inspired by the energy of that evening that I played within the Raag Bilawal in C Major on the harmonium. I felt an ebb and flow between the notes. Then I looped it the harmonium and played within the same raaag on Sitar as an accompaniment; it provided the melodic journey to the underlying harmony. A digital tanpura drone with Sa = C was played in both eh live version and this recording.

Solitude - A Meditation With Sitar And Harmonum In C Natural

An ethereal meditative journey harmonically blending whispers of change via an Ocarina, Bansuri Flute, a Himalayan brass bowl and a Tanpura drone, all in the key of A. The Ocarina and Bansuri share a dialog as the gentle Himalayan bowl periodically grounds their dialog and has the final note in the end.

Whispering Winds of Change - A Sonic Meditation

This is a guided meditation incorporating visualization with meditative instrumentals of Spanish guitar, Tanpura, and Kenari Seeds (water effect). The purpose is to enhance the healing process of an injured area, e.g., torn ligaments, broken bones or sprains, or post surgery healng. It's an energetic healing supplement.

Postural guideline: Take a comfortable seated position or lie down. Choose either so that you can touch or place your hands upon the injured area as guided during the meditation. 

My personal use and inspiration: Back in 2020 I used this meditation, in addition to other modalities like acupuncture and therapeutic Western methods, to heal my broken foot (crushed the first three metatarsals of my right foot). My progress was amazing. It complimented the healing process. I have since used this and variations on the same theme for other injuries and even during illness, like a cold. In each case it supported my healing. 

Musically, this is played on Spanish guitar in C Major with a couple sharp notes added which are then resolved with natural notes of the scale... a guided sound meditation leading to resolution. The Tanpura drone is in C. The Seeds are provided as a watery element for relaxation. 

This is adapted and inspired by "The Language of Your Body" by Inna Segal and our training and teachings of Chakra Theory and Energetic Anatomy and Meditation practices.

A Healing Meditation for Injured Tissues

Here the Sitar and Bansuri have a meditative dialog within the Kalyan scale and Bilawal Raag. They are accompanied by. Kluwak and Kirwani seeds for a watery effect. The Sitar is tuned in the key of C. The Bansuri is a F Natural Bass flute. This piece was arranged and recorded for our upcoming yoga retreat in Greece next week.

Inspired by our recent trip to Tecate Mexico and our time at Rancho La Puerta, we could feel the energies of the land and Kumeyaay tribe and shamans which guided these instrumentals intuitively. Echoes as though they were whispers from the ancients, speaking to us as they watch from the mountain top. The melodic expressions are reflections of shamanic and tribal messages from the ancient times as their spirits look upon us today...

A Liquid Dream - An Electric Sitar Meditation

Two sitars sing over the continuing heartbeat defined by a frame drum in solitude. The mood flows and navigates the tempo as the voices of sitars intertwine melodically leading to final resolution.

This piece is in C# minor with Charukeshi and Kirwani Raag variations which evoke the mood while being meditative. The echoing melody of sitar brings tension and yearning with resolution along the way, as quantum energetic messages from the future are conveyed. The harmonium ebbs and flows with a tanpura drone provide supporting harmonies.

Quantum Echos from Our Future - A Sitar Guided Meditation

This is inspired by our September 2020 Full Moon Yoga with Live Music. This is a recreated recording in our home yoga studio with our Chakra crystal bowls, Native American Indian flute and tanpura. The melodic interactions of the pentatonic D minor scale via the flute and bowls create a yearning resonance and ethereal harmonies while the tanpura drone provides a grounding and support beneath the melodic dialog.

All are original pieces, created  and performed by us. They may be played individually or in the playlists provided or make up your own combinations. 

Some of these are home recordings, which are organic, non-GMO and homegrown ;-),... so there may be some natural background sounds (e.g., our dog breathing or our Koi fish swimming).
