This long version, although just a portion of the whole session, presents a sonic journey of soundscapes with ethereal yearning vibrations of the gongs along with the imagined call of whales in the distance. The sounds and vibrations guided you into a state of meditative release and relaxation.

Inspired by our recent trip to Tecate Mexico and our time at Rancho La Puerta, we could feel the energies of the land and Kumeyaay tribe and shamans which guided these instrumentals intuitively. Echoes as though they were whispers from the ancients, speaking to us as they watch from the mountain top. The melodic expressions are reflections of shamanic and tribal messages from the ancient times as their spirits look upon us today...

Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung... a chant for healing. 
This chant taps into the powers of the universe. Ra Ma Da represent the Sun, Moon and Earth. Sa Say So Hung merges the infinite with the infinitesimal into universal directed energy for healing. Also, the chant enlightens and stimulates the chakra centers starting at the root with Ra. Then progressing up to the heart center with the double Sa as the center of transition to the upper three universal centers. This chant is one of our favorites. This recording is a series of the chant repeated 27 times in 9 groupings of 3. Enjoy.

Transitions between each chakra are sonically guided with a gentle gong,  Savasana is accompanied with e blended chord of the F, A, C bowls for the final integration. The intro, prelude and postludes include bells with gong.

The key is anchored in F with the tanpura drone and F crystal bowl with melodies and harmonies of Spanish guitar played modally capturing moods and emotions leading to resolution and relaxation.

Gong Bath with Meditative Electric Sitar - AUG 2019

Dual gongs guide this meditative journey of emergence. The mood is one of yearning within an ethereal mist as the sounds and vibes intertwine in harmonies leading you to resolution as you emerge on the "other side". This is a blend of two gongs playing individually and simultaneously with an underlying Tanpura drone in the key of A (Ajna Chakra) providing the sonic intuition with the gentle bubbling waterfall of our koi pond in the distant background. A Liquid Dream - An Electric Sitar Meditation

Two sitars sing over the continuing heartbeat defined by a frame drum in solitude. The mood flows and navigates the tempo as the voices of sitars intertwine melodically leading to final resolution.

Whispers from within the catacombs are captured by gentle chimes as a meandering harmonium melody guides this meditative journey inward. The chimes fade as the journey comes to an end.

A meditative instrumental of sitar, harmonium, and tanpura. 

This piece is in C# minor with Charukeshi and Kirwani Raag variations which evoke the mood while being meditative. The echoing melody of sitar brings tension and yearning with resolution along the way, as quantum energetic messages from the future are conveyed. The harmonium ebbs and flows with a tanpura drone provide supporting harmonies. 

This is a COVID-inspired piece and offered with Love and LIght.

Quantum Echos from Our Future - A Sitar Guided Meditation

This is inspired by our September 2020 Full Moon Yoga with Live Music. This is a recreated recording in our home yoga studio with our Chakra crystal bowls, Native American Indian flute and tanpura. The melodic interactions of the pentatonic D minor scale via the flute and bowls create a yearning resonance and ethereal harmonies while the tanpura drone provides a grounding and support beneath the melodic dialog.

Playlists are set up for meditative instrumentals and yoga music as well as guided meditations. Our hope is that our music and meditations bring you a sense of happiness, wellness and peace.

These recordings are a combination of instrumentals including Spanish guitar, sitar, bass, crystal bowls, Native American flute, ocarina, harmonium, gongs, and chimes. All are original pieces, created  and performed by us. They may be played individually or in the playlists provided or make up your own combinations. 

Some of these are home recordings, which are organic, non-GMO and homegrown ;-),... so there may be some natural surprises background sounds (e.g., our dog breathing).
