W codziennym zabieganiu trudno nam osiągnąć stan ciszy, moment, w którym możemy poczuć samych siebie. 
Żeby ułatwić ci komfortowe odczucie siebie, nagrałam medytację solfeżową w częstotliwości 963 Hz. Każdy dźwięk, który
pojawia się w utworze, to mój głos. Odwołuję się w ten sposób do pierwotnych metod leczenia wibracją ludzkiego głosu.
Medytacją jest oparta na pulsie o 20-sekundowych interwałach mobilizując w ten sposób ciało fizyczne i energetyczne do
normalizacji naszego tzw. „pierwotnego oddechu”, którego prawidłowy rytm to trzy cykle na sekundę.
Częstotliwość solfeżowa 963 Hz:
- często nazywana „anielską” częstotliwością
- w czasach starożytnych używana jako częstotliwość lecząca ciało, umysł i duszę
- równoważy ciało fizyczne i duchowe, przywraca do swojego pierwotnego, idealnego stanu
