From the third Madoka Movie: Rebellion.

This morning, I saw a transcription for this pop up in my feed, and having watched, and loved the movie, I just had to cover the piano for it. I highly recommend you guys check out the trilogy of Madoka movies, as well as the soundtracks, Yuki Kaijura yet again did fantastic work.
