Solid Steel in association with Serato (4th September) In Hour 2 our guests are Melbourne electronic trio I'lls who have already had comparisons to Radiohead and Portishead. Following the release of their Fourth EP, we get a taste of their influences in this mix from artists like Cassius Select, Mark Pritchard, Zomby, Altrice, Ramadanman and Crazy Bald Heads. They had this to say about their mix;
'All the music that we have selected for this mix showcases the key tracks that inspired our latest release - Can I Go With You To Go Back To My Country. For us, the tracks in the mix are remarkable, not only on the surface, but sufficiently multilayered and complex, offering rewards with each further listening.  Its a bit of a mix bag, with an emphasis on some of our favourite under appreciated Australian producers. Many of these tracks have been instrumental in the direction that we, the band are taking… It may or may not also contain some of our unreleased material.'
