Saga Breeze or Saga for short is an up and coming artist (music & spoken word), guitarist emerging in Seattle, WA. He is currently apart of local Seattle record label Steady on the Clock Entertainment. Originally hailing from the soulful grit of Memphis, TN Saga made his way to Seattle, WA in mid 2011. This was after a stint of hitchhiking and depressional homelessness. He grew up in a family that consitsed of him, his sister that is only two years older than him and a single mother working as a flight attendant. By occupying his mind with comics, anime and attempts at writing poetry Saga was able to spark the flint for his creative fire and began music making. Dubbing himself an outcast due to alienation in school and an awkward lack of connection in life he began practicing rhymes and poetry at the age of twelve but never moved in a very musical direction until the age of 16. This is when he began singing, playing guitar, banjo and writing spoken word. His instrument venture allowed him to hone in on his songwriting abilities and from there he began to experiment with musical genres outside of the southern rap, soul and reggae he was raised on. Drawing most of his influence and ideology outside of hip-hop he revisited rapping at the age of 21 in 2013 and hasn’t stopped unleashing his inner demons since.

His style encompasses many musical influences from almost every region. Breeze speaks on themes of alienation, nymphomania, pornography, psychological disorder, infection, stereotypes of being African American and the " kill yourself " mannerisms of society today. His stressed-out tone of voice is a trademark sound embodying his southern soul. At times Breeze’s voice snips through the mic with an almost cry-like warp to it. He often references  television shows, comics and anime from his childhood and hints at being an addict of some sort.
