A large blue bridge located in New Home, connecting the Queen's Throne room to the rest of the capital.
This is where the 'Festivals' take place, the execution ground for the weak monsters that were captured.

Here you meet Papyrus in the wake of the destruction you caused, enraged by your defiance he readies for the last execution to ever take place in that location.
